This was a clean friendly and very welcoming hotel which was about a 20 minute walk into the centre of St Helier which was ideal for us as it got us motivated after a hearty breakfast or evening meal. We would certainly recommend this hotel to any couple wishing for a quiet and relaxing stay in Jersey.

We booked through low cost travel who went into administration but the hotel were brilliant and kept our booking for us and offered it to us for less money! The hotel itself is rather quirky and dated but very comfortable and clean. The food was lovely and even though we were b&b we had our evening meal there. The staff...

Booked through disgraceful TRAVEL REPUBLIC. This hotel is completely unsuitable for families. I travelled with autistic child. Hotel was dirty, bathrooms unsanitary, noise level unbelievable woken every single night at all hours. Pool tiny and dirty. Didn't want child in it. To top of flight cancelled by easyjet on return journey indefinitely. Tried to get refund for easyjet flight and...

Just back from our little get away. We visited jersey & stayed in the talana hotel. The hotel itself is very dated, the evening meals are very basic but comes plenty of it. The rooms and hotel itself is very clean & up to standard, The hotel is based on a busy road, if you find it hard to sleep...

We came to this hotel with my in laws as they had stayed here before and are quiet fussy. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful although you will find most of them around the pool table which is right in the reception area. The hotel is a bit dated but clean, the evening meals are a bit basic but...

We had a great stay here. Yes a little dated but very clean. Rooms a good size, good size beds the furniture is dated but we will be back next year. Breakfast really lovely and we did have the evening meal plain food but plenty of it. Just a 10 minute walk into town. Plenty of chairs round the pool....

The hotel staff were very friendly, the food, though basic, was very good. We only booked b & b, but ended up having evening meals there as well; partly because it would have meant driving out again after a long day, and partly because the plain food suited my disabled husband. The only wait we had for anything was for...

Stayed here for 3 nights in June 2016, with my husband. Arrived late the first evening, but restaurant was closed, and had been for over 20 minutes. However, the reception organised with the chef to stay later and provide us with a 3 course meal. Soup or bruschetta for starters, pork chop in sauce with vegs, or choice of salads...
