A very pleasant, upmarket hotel near the town centre, but in a quiet location. Tastefully decorated throughout, with excellent service. The hotel bar is a must. Highly recommended. Parking is fairly easy, although the hotel itself is on a steep slope which migh make it difficult for some

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is immaculate and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel has a turn down service which was unexpected but brilliant. You get a fresh bottle of water and a lovely tasting biscuit before bed. Will definitely be staying again.

This hotel claims to be top notch. It is not. Elevator did not work for two days. Pool and spa were unclean. Staff was rude. Parking was small and difficult to Jane access to. The only redeeming factor was the shortbread which the cleaning ladies left every evening!

Lovely hotel in great location, 5 minute walk to center of town, and providing easy access to main routes across the island. Staff were friendly and attentive; rooms were well equipped and ideal for short break. Bar was lively yet providing comfortable and intimate seating. Food was superb with bar menu as well as Michelin star restaurant.

Perhaps because it's off season but value for money was unbelievable. An incredibly comfortable and friendly hotel in central St Helier. Very quiet despite the central location and the bed is one of the most comfortable that I've slept in. Only tied the bar food- my budget wouldn't run to the restaurant but that was great and service and ambience...

Stayed for business. Hotel is nice but not outstanding. Small and comfortable. Ate at the bar two nights. The menu was extensive enough to not struggle for choice 2 nights in a row. Relatively close to town and all amenities. Would stay there again.

This was our third visit to this hotel and we were not disappointed. Our flight arrived early morning and although check-in isn't until 3pm the receptionist took our phone number and said he would ring when our room was ready in the hope we could check in earlier. He did, and we checked in at 11am which was very much...

Great place for afternoon tea ! Lovely selection of sandwiches and beautifully presented cakes and scones . The black butter was divine 😁 . The service was attentive and the atmosphere relaxed sophistication. Reasonably priced for the quality .
