I stayed on the Island for 1 week at the Mayfair Hotel in St Helier. The room was medium sized and nicely furnished with good temperature and noise insulation. The leisure facilities are old perhaps 1970's vintage with no sauna - used once but did not return. Being on the Paleo diet the dinner menu was unsuitable so I ate...

Fantastic holiday, hotel very pleasant, we had upgraded to a junior suite & it was fantastic. Big spacious room, with a separate sitting room with a television in both the bedroom & sitting room. Service at the hotel was also excellent.

No real issues with the hotel, clean and good location. What was appalling was the attitude & professionalism of the breakfast staff. Chatting to each other when tables needed clearing and serving, muttering under their breaths about guests and the food was a lot to be desired, watery scrambled egg, burnt sausage and inedible kippers. One particular waiter was so...

Comfortable and clean , friendly and helpful staff pool and gym facilities and a little coffee shop selling Delishous cakes and biscuits . DOWNSIDE THE entertainment!! Only seats available if you had actually had evening meal at the hotel . Country +Western line dancing Every Night . Found some very good restaurants in town , but being late in the...

Being a single person you usually get the smallest room going; however the Mayfair far exceeded my expectations. My room 420 was perfect for my needs, very quiet. I was able to check in at 10.00 am again I was very surprised and it meant I could have a cup of tea (yes they even had tea/coffee making facilities in...

Nice pleasant hotel 5 minute walk from the town centre. The staff are excellent - very pleasant and helpful. We booked bed and breakfast as part of a package, breakfast was good, not fantastic but ok. We only had one evening meal in the hotel which was not spectacular but good value for money. I had read in advance about...

hotel was included in package deal so was surprised how nice it was for the money. Lovely reception and bar lounge area. Pleasant breakfast but not always hot.!! Entertainment was ok but better on some evenings than others Only downside for us was the distance to room but all in all a good stay. Thank you

Very reasonably priced and in a first class location around a 10 minute walk into the town centre. The rooms are a little dated but nevertheless comfortable. I noted that some of the rooms on the second floor seemed to be undergoing some refurbishment. Breakfasts are very good. You serve your self with cereals, fruit, porridge etc and then choose...

loved this hotel, rated as a 3 star hotel we as contractors visiting for two weeks were dubious because of the cheap price. These fears soon disappeared on arrival. Lovely clean and spacious hotel, with swimming pool sauna. Hard to find a fault is my honest opinion, we have paid a lot more for a lot less at other hotels....

Whoever is training the staff here is doing a great job as all the staff, without exception, are totally focused on customer care. The hotel is within an easy walk of the town centre yet is quiet. The rooms are a little dated but of good size and comfortable. Free wifi and good food is the icing on the cake....
