Four of us stayed for two nights at this hotel, for our latest school reunion. There was some confusion over the allocation of rooms as each pair arrived at different times. Once this was sorted out we found that we had standard rooms next to...More
I visited the Apollo with my wife, 4 yr old son and parents-in-law. I'd previously visited 2 years ago and both times have found it to be a clean and friendly hotel. The rooms aren't stylish, but they are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet...More
We stayed here for a long weekend and to attend a wedding on the Island. The hotel looks a bit tired in places but there's a pleasant pool and bar area. Also it's a short walk to town and a variety of bars and restaurants....More
Stayed here for the 5th time and it is OK for sure. I stay due to its location and the fact there is a curry house over the road, but it does really need a face lift for sure. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and good...More

Having visited this hotel on many occasions, I am pleased to say that the buffet breakfast is second to none. The choice is from smoked back bacon, fried or scrambled eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans as well as cereals fruit and croissants, jams and honey. Tea or coffee and toast is served at the table.
For a special occasion I would recommend Quayside Restaurant in the Liberation Square, about a ten minute walk from the hotel, I would suggest booking from home before going.
If steak is your preference then Wildfire Grill is the one, again a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Enjoy your trip, Jersey is a great place to visit especially if the weather is good. Check the forecast as it can get quite windy at night.
