I stayed for five nights. Lovely room on third floor which had fabulous views over the bay from St.Aubin to St.Helier. As much as you could possibly eat for breakfast. Approx. 8 minute walk to St.Aubin and 30 mins to St.Helier. Or if you'd rather there is a frequent bus which stops right outside (fare is only £1.50 to the...

We were lucky with the weather and had an enjoyable stay. The tennerfest was on.....most of the restaurants did 2 or 3 courses from £10. We ate a lot!! We travelled...

My wife and I stayed from 8th to 12th September and what a great choice. On arrival we were greeted by Erik and with minimum of fuss we registered and was shown to our room. We had a side room on the top floor overlooking a field and a large chunk of St Aubin's bay. The room was spacious with...

Stayed at the Au Caprice last week of August 14. Me and the better half booked this guest house back in January to ensure we got the Condor ferry sailing we wanted as we travelled on the August bank holiday. Well worth the wait! We did look at previous trip advisor comments for the Au Caprice before we booked and...

We found this lovely Guest House by chance and, according to Erik, Au Caprice means On a Whim, it was a very fortunate whim that made us book in here. Extremely clean and comfortable. Good breakfast made to order. Very well run. Erik made us very welcome and was always available with information and answers to our questions. The location...

The Au Caprice Guest House is situated in the most perfect spot as a base for seeing the whole of the island. The view across St. Aubins Bay from the balcony (actually a large terrace!) is stunning, a car park is situated just across the road, and for bus users the bus stop is just outside the front gate. Erik...

From the moment Erik and Helene welcome you to Au Caprice, you are in safe hands. You could not be closer to the sea, short of being in it, and are only a short seafront walk from the lovely cafes and restaurants of St Aubin. The bus stops just outside and Erik is a mine of information, and nothing is...

“Room 8 is a double en-suite which opens out on to the huge terrace with magnificent sea view. It is shared with the room next door but this didn't pose any problem to us. This would be very suitable if you were travelling with others, although not sure how many people are accommodated in the adjacent room.”
