Popped in here with my sister and 3 kids for lunch... Plenty of staff but no one actually doing anything.. Ordered food. Waited and waited... Place not overly busy.. Food arrived, part of what we ordered. Ended up canceling and paying bill.. So disappointing

Had a lovely dinner on Feb 10th to celebrate a special occasion with my boyfriend. They were doing a Valentines 3 course meal for €59 or €79 with Prosecco. I had the Wicklow lamb shank and he had the duck with orange jus which was divine. The dessert was red velvet cake which were shared. The staff were very attentive...

I have driven and walked by this hotel 100s of times but yesterday was the 1st time inside the doors.Stayed for 1 night before spending the day in the surrounding mountains. We checked in on Friday and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was spotless clean and a great view towards the mountains. The bar was quiet...

Fantastic night in the hotel. Staff looked after 37 of us and could not have been more accommodating. Meal was beautiful and we were given the run of the restaurant from about 5 o'clock till nearly 7 when other guests started to come in. Not our first time there and certainly won't be our last. Thanks to all the staff...

Spent last weekend along with a group to celebrate a birthday. What a fantastic place. Staff, food everything great. Special shout out to one of our waitresses "Niamh". What a lovely girl who along with her amazing friendly personality and professionalism helped to make it a great experience. We will be back.

Visited here for breakfast, lunch and dinner over three days. As it's the only restaurant in the area, you'd expect high standards and it delivered for the most part. Good food, nice drink and okay service. Some nice staff, Particularly the lady who served us for breakfast (didn't catch her name) but was extremely helpful and pleasant. Defiantly worth a...

After a four and a half hour walk, we thought it best to leave behind the burger stands in the car park and walk a further 10 minutes to this hotel for lunch. A disappointment. It was busy but not overly. 11 of us at two seperate tables - when we asked a waitress to take our order, we were...

I was absolutely appalled by the service and behaviour of one particular member of staff today in the bar @ Glendalough Hotel. After waiting for almost 15 minutes at the bar I managed to catch the barmaid's attention. She grunted at me and made no eye contact as I placed an order of 3 coffees and 3 scones. She told...
