You know, I am not sure. Our room was on the second floor, but there were doors on the first floor, and an additional small building on the first floor. The dining area was on the second floor, but of course the hostess could accommodate you. One issue that might be troublesome is that the area around the house is thickly graveled. We had trouble moving our large wheeled suitcases, so I don't know if that would be a problem for a wheelchair as well.
