I wish we stayed longer. The home, views and hosts were amazing. Our breakfasts were delicious, served as ordered and at the time requested. Our hosts were very accommodating! I booked a double bed room not realizing it was a room with a double bed (my mistake when reading the description), my brother and nephew were "struggling" with sleeping together (my nephew is 6 feet and 22 years old) so the host offered alternative sleeping arrangements. This was so very gracious especially since it made additional work for her. We all agreed that if we get to go back to Ireland we would only stay at An Towerin Tra in Dingle. We travel often and have never had such an amazing and welcoming experience in a B & B.
We had a great time here. View from our room was stunning. Room was very comfortable. Noreen provides a great breakfast. The location is very easy to find. Just far enough from the wildness of Dingle town but too far.
This is a small B&B right on the Atlantic with beautiful views. It is not that close to Dingle but we had already done Dingle and had a car so not a big deal for us. Noirin and Liam are welcoming and friendly. We liked the comfy sitting room with a view to the ocean. You could make your own tea in the sitting room. We liked that the floors were wood and not carpet as we found everywhere else. Breakfast is included and you had some choices. They provided cereals, some fruit, orange juice, tea or coffee and a choice of bagels and bacon, eggs and toast or eggs with salmon (there may have been a few other choices. Breakfast was okay. I missed the usual scones but Noirin has delicious warm homemade blueberry muffins. The bathroom was small and the shower was difficult to get into because the door was next to the toilet (not a huge problem but something to be aware). The beds are comfy. Overall we had a good stay and can recommend this B&B. Book direct with them and save some money. …
We loved our stay at this B&B! The host was so sweet and made a delicious breakfast. We really liked getting to know her and the town of Dingle. Dingle was the most beautiful place we place went in Ireland and I would go back in a heartbeat. This B&B is about a 5 minute drive from Dingle but it's easy to get to and a great place to start your drive around the peninsula.
An Towerin is in a good location-not in the heart of town & not too far away from town. It's in a quiet area with amazing views all around. The hostess was accommodating and was helpful in choosing places for dinner.
