I stopped here for directions, and the hotel manager was very helpful in steering me in the right direction. I didn't actually stay here, but I wish I had -- it's a lovely hotel with great scenery in a remote, beautiful location. I had stopped at a local pub, the Tigh Mcheaic, where only Gaelic was spoken, and I felt...

This hotel is located an hours drive from Galway and an ideal base to tour Conamara. It's a small family run hotel in a beautiful scenic location. The hotel is spotless and our room was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. There was a huge selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and a basket of hot freshly baked scones....

Despite being stuck in the early 70s, this was one of the cleanest places we've stayed. You know that mildew in the corners of the tub? Not there! The décor is 50/60s, but the place is great. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. We had wet things that they told us we could dry in the airing room. Out...

Quiet hotel in a beautiful setting. Food was the absolute best of our 2.5 week tour. Clean...friendly. had live irish music while we were there. Bar on premises. Full Irish breakfast included! Safe area to walk...several other pubs in walking distance. Bay access nearby as well.

The hotel was ok. Very friendly staff lovely atmosphere. But the rooms had no fan to get rid of the moisture after a shower. Leaving the rooms humid and damp. Food was ok, not great. Average hotel, lovely location. Not enough disabled parking also.

Stayed just one night with my partner and our little dog.. Nice clean hotel, interior needs refreshing but had everything we needed..bit pricey like for the standards you get. Lovely bar staff. Very little space around the hotel to walk the dog - not everyone although will see this as an issue 🙂

Stayed here for 3 nights on a midweek break with family and pets, very enjoyable but my only complaint was there were no bins outside hotel to dispose of dog poop after picking it up. I had to walk to village to dispose of it in bin. I highlighted this to the owner on check out and she would not...
