We arrived after a day's strenuous but superb cycle ride: great views but also a windy day and very heavy, cold, showers with some sun in between. A very warm welcome was just what we needed: tea and cake in a lovely lounge, including gluten free cake for me! The quality of the welcome was a reflection of the way...

We arrived at Lisdanar House by bike, exhausted from a wet, cool day of cycling. Rosaleen greeted us with open arms, had hot tea and scrumptious scones ready for us, and even took our wet things to launder! The house is warm and comfortable. Rosaleen and Conal were wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. Our room was...

A wonderful stop on our trip around Ireland. Rosaleen made us feel at home. We were greeted as friends from the beginning and felt so comfortable. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. Property has lovely gardens. Loved the sunroom where we were greeted each morning with coffee and a delicious breakfast. A true gem in our trip.

Arrived by bicycle on sunny April 24, 2015 in the afternoon and was greeted by Rosaleen Campbell the owner in her magnificent B&B. Had tea and the tastiest scone ever while she pointed out the best places in her town, one of Irelands "tidiest". Had dinner and Guinness at the hotel restaurant, which was fantastic, and the barman Kevin corrected...

We checked in and the owner, Rosaleen, let us choose our room, which was very thoughtful. We decided on Rm #2 on the 2nd floor in front of the house with a double bed and a twin. It's about a 2 minute walk into town. The best way to review this B&B is to list our pros and cons: Pro:...

My family recently stayed at Lisdanar B&B and it was the highlight of our trip. Our hosts were the epitome of Irish hospitality. Rosaleen was the best! She prepared us a snack for our trip to Belfast.

My 3 boys and I stayed at the Lisdanar House for two nights during our 8-day cycling tour of Donegal. It was definitely the highlight of our trip.
