Having stayed at Jacksons several times, we decided to have a weekend break there. The whole hotel is tired. The staff are all business and not friendly. The music at night was terrible. Advertising a tribute night, and then replaced by a one man band was very disappointing to say the least. The chairs in the bar area were worn,...

I've just found out that this hotel has been bought over in the past few weeks and I would like to stay again sometime and see what the changes will be and the very best of luck to the new owner. The staff are amazing. The reception, the ladies who serviced our room, dining staff and bar staff were so...

Had been very loyal to this hotel for over 15 years but had not stayed for over 6 years after a disastrous experience, which occurred when Jacksons was in serious decline. We decided to give it a chance this year. I think it is only fair to emphasise that this hotel is now under new ownership and I understand will...

Stayed here with my boyfriend a few weeks ago and everything was perfect from start to finish. Ate in the bar and stayed on for drinks and the staff, especially Patsy, could not do enough for us! Can't wait to stay again ☺

Hi all we were staying in jacksons. They had placed us in one of the rooms above the new ballroom. We may have b front line in the concert because we could hear it all. Especially the clean up crew at tge end of the night. The beds were hard as rocks too and the interior needed a lick of...

Stayed at this hotel and could not wait to leave it, the hotel is half operational. We were put in the so called "new part", very far from reception. The carpets are unlevel and dangerous, the spot lights in the halls all have black burn marks around them and the place is a dormant mess. The food is poor and...

We stayed at Jacksons for the Irish Dancing competition. First impressions of the hotel weren’t great, we parked in underground multistorey car park which had a lot of litter in it and pools of water on the floor which made moving luggage more awkward trying to jump over puddles. We arrived at around 12 noon and went to reception to...
