This hotel is very old and drab. The older gentleman at the front desk was very nice. No breakfast. Small coffee area at front lobby. There was no remote for the TV but I called the front and the gentleman brought one to the room. Everything was old and outdated. I would only stay here again if I couldn't afford...

Stayed two nights at the Inn April 14 & 15. Had some rowdy guests early on the second night but things quieted down. No problem. My room was nice and clean with every kind of gimmick you could imagine. A safe, microwave, fridge, coffee, iron and board, a hair dryer, flat screen tv and a desk with a swivel chair...

This is what we walked in on in the bathroom I rented and they would not refund my money because I was local... As a person that works with the public in the hotel business this was disgusting and the front desk acted like it was our hotel was nasty...

Hotel is very outdated. There are people working on cars in the parking lot as in, they are living at the hotel and have their personal garage out by the interstate. Walked into the room and didn't set our bags down. The smell was a very putrid smell as if you are trying to cover up something with a cheap...

The room was clean and smelled clean , the only issue I had was the fact that they are. Or customer friendly. They already charge you for services as thing on your receipt that you don't need such as a safe deposit box fee ! Whoa I didn't ask for this so why charge for it , they don't want...

We planned on staying here for just one night. We arrived and the staff was friendly; check in was simple. We got to our room and the first thing we noticed was how outdated it was, which would have been fine had the room been clean. We layed down on top of the bed without pulling any blankets back, and...

I stay at Red Roof when I visit my daughter at UT. It is clean and simple. Front desk people are friendly. It is okay for the short time that I am there. There is a decent breakfast. It you want cheap and clean, this works.

-The is a halfway point on our drive south. -No frills and comes as advertised. It's a bit dated, but I was told it is closing in a couple of months and building a new one on site. -Fair price for a nights stay. -Dog friendly for no extra money -Staff at the front desk were great (Mitch and Cathy)...

First of all I want to say the front desk people are very nice and trying the best they can to run a large low end budge hotel. Most of the time my experience with Red Roof is pretty consistent and good. Usually slightly above Motel 6, Super 8, Econoldge, etc... But this was a very low end Red Roof....

The water in the shower was barely over body temperature & the visible stains on the comforter sent it straight to the floor. They had a mini safe in the room but a microwave & mini fridge would have been more useful considering they did not offer breakfast when most hotels in this price class at least offer cereal and...
