The room was clean and smelled clean , the only issue I had was the fact that they are. Or customer friendly. They already charge you for services as thing on your receipt that you don't need such as a safe deposit box fee ! Whoa I didn't ask for this so why charge for it , they don't want...

We planned on staying here for just one night. We arrived and the staff was friendly; check in was simple. We got to our room and the first thing we noticed was how outdated it was, which would have been fine had the room been clean. We layed down on top of the bed without pulling any blankets back, and...

I stay at Red Roof when I visit my daughter at UT. It is clean and simple. Front desk people are friendly. It is okay for the short time that I am there. There is a decent breakfast. It you want cheap and clean, this works.

-The is a halfway point on our drive south. -No frills and comes as advertised. It's a bit dated, but I was told it is closing in a couple of months and building a new one on site. -Fair price for a nights stay. -Dog friendly for no extra money -Staff at the front desk were great (Mitch and Cathy)...

First of all I want to say the front desk people are very nice and trying the best they can to run a large low end budge hotel. Most of the time my experience with Red Roof is pretty consistent and good. Usually slightly above Motel 6, Super 8, Econoldge, etc... But this was a very low end Red Roof....

The water in the shower was barely over body temperature & the visible stains on the comforter sent it straight to the floor. They had a mini safe in the room but a microwave & mini fridge would have been more useful considering they did not offer breakfast when most hotels in this price class at least offer cereal and...

There are pros and cons for this property. I will list the cons first: * The toilet was found to be clogged right off the bat. The lady at the front desk let me use their plunger to unclog it. * The carpet had a large stain near the door, and off to the right. The carpet was rather worn....

Arrived at night on Christmas Day , the first room I got was disgusting stains and burn holes on the comforter and the room stunk, while I was unpacking I notice a truck sitting in the parking lot at idle, so I went to the front desk to request a new room , so when I came back out to...

I don't know who determines the Diamond Star AAA rating but I wanted to drop a quick note to describe our less than amicable experience at this hotel. I chose to reserve two rooms at the Red Roof Inn Knoxville Univ of Tenn for my recent family trip to Tennessee during Thanksgiving weekend through my Mid Atlantic AAA travel website....

We spent one night in this hotel on our way back home. It was a good place to take a rest before going on the road again. However, the room wasn't clean, the carpet was awful, there was no toilet paper, the bed top sheets were not so clean. The staff was friendly though.
