Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom is a bit small. Concierge lounge on ground floor saw small and crowded for breakfasts. Restaurant on property was very good and well priced. They also have a patio on ground floor with fire table very relaxing. It is just a few minutes away from market street with lots of food choices and fun...

In a place full of mediocre hotels, this hilton stands out. Clearly renovated, most features and furniture are new. Tv's are older, but all channels are HD at least. Staff was very friendly. Valet parking was dirt cheap at 17. Solo parking is 13 fyi. Executive lounge can get busy/crowded in the morning.

The room we were assigned at check-in was polar opposite to the room we requested months earlier and the room that we were assured we had been assigned earlier in the day during a phone call. Enjoyed our stay. Good location close to downtown and UTK. Valets were nice and helpful. Starbucks in lobby a big plus. Liked being able to walk to Market Square. Only frustrating part was after driving all day and arriving at 10:30, the digital key didn't work for parking so we had to use valet.

Hotel is a little dated, but pleasant nonetheless. Air conditioning/heating was difficult to operate. If you can get a good rate, I would recommend staying here. I believe parking was free for Hilton Honors, although that may have been for everyone. Choose a high floor for a great view.

Krista C really did an awesome job making our visit nice. There were some hiccups in planning on my part and she did her upmost to fix it and really turned my mess up into a really great experience! I was very thankful for her and excellent customer service.

We were not greeted as a Hilton Honors member and were not told where anything in the hotel was other than the elevators. Staff needs to work on their social skills. This hotel was an awesome location in the midst of downtown. It is conveniently 2 blocks from Market Square for entertainment and dining.
