Made our plans and reservation at least a month ahead . Arrive in Knoxville around 5:00 P.M. Call the hotel and told them we have arrive in Knoxville and would get to Hotel A round 10:00 As we were having dinner with Friends. Checked in ar 10:00 and was told that there would be no house keeping and what extras...

Hello! I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. It appears there was a little bit of a miscommunication regarding housekeeping on the day of your arrival. We had reduced our staff, to allow for the holiday, and were asking if folks wanted service or if towels would be sufficient for that one day. We were fully prepared to...

Traveling with a family of 9 and a dog. Seven adults and two children. We initially booked a cabin in North Carolina for a week but it had no water so we had to leave early after three nights. We decided to go closer to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. It was not easy finding a place during this holiday week that...

Thank you for taking your time to share your experiences with us. I have sent you an email to discuss the situation with the service failure regarding the plugged toilet This was way outside of our normal response to any issue and I need to address it with the person(s) involved to ensure it NEVER happens again. Thank you for...

All contacts, questions and conversations before our arrival were very friendly and helpful. Just as personable and friendly staff during our stay, also. We needed to arrive one day early, so instead of booking another room, we were allowed to go ahead and get into the 2-bedroom suite, which was a win-win for everyone, and a discounted total! The room...

We have been at this hotel before & we'll be back. You couldn't ask for a better GM than David or AGM than Angie. They both do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. All the rooms have a full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, full size fridge. The breakfast has all the usuals + apples, bananas, fresh cut fruit,...

We stopped at this hotel on our way back from Florida. My husband did Priceline and got a bit of a deal. I'd seen reviews of this hotel and some were less than favourable - mentioning things like an odour in the rooms - so I was a bit concerned but that proved to be unfounded. Our room was at...

We have stayed at Residence Inns across the country and have had many enjoyable stays. This one was a disappointment. Pros: 1) Staff - friendly, polite, resolved issues quickly 2) Location - cannot beat the area - close to stores/restaurants and highways Cons: 1) Dirty - Let's start with walking in the side entrance to get to room. Windows inside/out...

Thank you for taking your time to give us your feedback. I apologize that we were not able to meet your expectations. We are at the threshold of a full renovation of the hotel, which will replace all carpet, furniture, beds, tubs... and, much more! We have been and continue to be a very popular hotel, running 90%+ annual occupancy....

We stayed here for one night. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I both slept very well. It seems to be an older property, but again, very clean. I'm very picky and was very pleased.

The hotel is in a complex of Marriott properties, just off the expressway. I requested a room away from the highway to avoid the noise, but it looks like they don't have any - they are all perpendicular to the road. So it was noisy. The breakfast was marginal, with the sausage being particularly bland and tough. It was soaking...

Thank you for taking your time to provide feedback for our hotel. We do get some concerns voiced over the interstate noise, as do the other 20 or so hotels along this strip of highway. The trade-off is the convenience of getting anywhere in Knoxville easily and we make a great stopover point for those traveling north and south. About...

The clean room is great with two tvs and spacious but getting to the room the smell is bad. I have stayed at other Residence Inns and looking forward to the breakfast. This breakfast was bad with the fake eggs, not too much to offer. Like this location with all of the food choices along the area. Hotel needs some...

Thank you for taking your time to share your experiences. I apologize for any odor you may have encountered while traveling to your room. I have not uncovered any lingering issue, so am not sure what it may have been. Definitely not the usual for our hotel. I must say I am confused regarding breakfast. ALL Residence Inns are required...

My family and I stayed here when we evacuated South Carolina due to a hurricane. The hotel is in a good location with lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. There was ample parking and a sport court on site. The laundry room was convenient. The gym was a disappointment, it only had two treadmills one elliptical...

Thank you for taking your time to share your observations. As I noted in my response to your feedback through the Marriott survey system, the issues with housekeeping have been addressed and the appropriate individual has undergone some additional training. We strive to offer a great experience and this was not acceptable by our standards. I hope you'll give us...
