I want to apologize for any misunderstanding there may have been. As you stated it was the sink that was stopped up and not the toilet, so there was no feces in your sink. Our toilets don't drain through our sink pipes. I do apologize...More
This is a brand new hotel and it feels that way. The room is clean and is actually decorated is a tasteful manner. The shower has great pressure and hot water. The TV has HDMI input. The hot breakfast is the usual, i.e. nothing special.
I enjoyed staying here. Rooms are great. The bathroom was clean and spotless. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Some of the staff could use a customer service training class. I am extremely dissatisfied with the attitude and being treated as an idiot...More
