Marcy Hawley is the heart of Hawley House & knows this region well. Breakfasts are fantastic & filling. If staying more than a day or two don't worry about recipe repeats she has a lot of great meals up her sleeve. She has lots of rerecommendations for local restaurants, antiquing & hiking/biking locations.

The Hawley House has become our home away from home. It’s the VERY BEST bed and breakfast we have ever visited and we plan to return every year. We go during the Storytelling Festival, a busy time for the little town, but we are making plans to visit more often because we love it that much! The grounds are absolutely...

My wife and stayed recently and it was truly a house full of history. The room was great and the location perfect for exploring the historic town as well as nearby cities and mountains. The breakfast was the best I've had a B&B for some time, I felt like i was back at grandmas house when I was a kid....

We had a delightful time in our 2 day stay here. The host was a great cook and knowledgeable about the area and day trips. There was plenty of hot water and heat in spite of this being the first cold snap. It very very convenient to shops and cafes. Clean, organized, and well appointed. Would stay here again...highly recommend.

My friend and I were planning a couple of days in Jonesborough and lucky for us we found the Hawley House. The house is beautifully decorated and warm and cozy. Marci is a very gracious host and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck...

Hawley House was a wonderful place to stay. Our hostess and her husband purchased and restored the property, down to its log beams, in the late 80's early 90's. Marcy Hawley shared her wealth of information about their historic property, the surrounding area, antiques, places to explore and upcoming events. Besides being a good cook, we had three generous breakfasts,...

When you can't wait to return, is the best recommendation I can give. My wife and I have stayed in B&B's all over the world and Hawley House is one of the best. Be sure to go on the weekend and you will have a short walk to the court house for free music. Nothing better in the Smokies. Just...
