From the moment we arrived until the time we left. Staff was excellent, courteous, pleasant, helpful, delightful, accomadating, efficient, prompt. I could go on and on. The room was immaculate. The amenities in the room were fantastic from the soap to the coffee. The TV was awesome as well as the number of stations available. A travel often and I...

My brother told me this was a beautiful hotel and I reviewed it on line but the pictures didn't even begin to do justice to this hotel. My brother also enjoyed camping in his youth which already made his judgement suspect in my mind. I love nature but after enjoying it, I want a real bed! We were on our...

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. We arrived in the city on the early flight fully anticipating that our room wouldn't be ready until much later in the day. However we wanted to stop and drop off our bags so we could sight see while we waited. Much to...

Dear Valued Guest, We wanted to thank you for your review and we are happy that you enjoyed your stay whilst at the Carnegie Hotel. We noticed you mentioned going to Jazz at Lincoln Center. This hotel was so charming and unique. It is an older hotel with a 1930's feel to it. It looked like it could have been haunted, but in a cool way. Our room was roomy with high ceilings and a big bathroom. Everything was clean. The bed was super comfortable. Front desk staff was beyond friendly.

The hotel is beautiful, room was very spacious and elegant. The bathroom was so nice - double vanity, separate tub & shower. We dined at the restaurant twice. Dinner was excellent. Pre-ordered room service breakfast was okay. Our only complaint was we parked in the garage behind the hotel and had to make our way with all our luggage, etc...

On May Day, I had the great fortune to check into the Carnegie Hotel! This magnificent structure, built in 2000, is not only gorgeous, but has everything a weary traveler seeks. The Staff is quite honestly stereotypical in their Southern grace charm and poise. From the front desk greeter, Melody or Melanie (Sorry!) to "Sarge" working the restaurant, the bartender who...

We have been in and out of this hotel as our children have grown up. We have family in johnson city and have always considered this hotel the Best place to stay in the tri city area. I am sad to say. Not any more. The decor has not been updated. Wallpaper is peeling in rooms. And the furniture appears...

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Very nice woodwork and furniture throughout. Very good people working there and always ready to help any requests, Restaurant was very comfortable with excellent food, Only downfall is no microwaves in the rooms and only one ice machine in the whole hotel.

This DOG-friendly hotel is beautiful! I'll be honest, I expected a dog-friendly hotel to be rundown and smelly! This hotel completely proved me wrong! The room was spacious, clean and quiet; if there were other dogs nearby I never heard them! The rate was very, very reasonable. It is about 20 minutes off Interstate 81 but again, worth the time....
