We stayed here in June, 2016 with two young children and had a blast. This is ideally suited for families with young kids - the amenities are all geared for families. Free mini-golf, a heated pool, playgrounds, hammocks, a beautiful creek, evening activities and more. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful, from helping us choose a site on...

The people, the price, the grounds, the location, the activities...everything about this place was awesome! We weren't too sure what to expect since we had never stayed on a campground. This place took all of our worries away. You get the camping experience without the inconvenience of no electricity and no bathroom. They have several different styles of cottages and...

From the time we arrived I knew we had picked the right place. Everybody was so nice. Dave helped me set up the motor home, and even made me a hook up for the cable tv. I've been all over the country and this is one of the best places we've ever stayed. You know it's good when, weeks later,...

We stayed in the Big Bear cabin. It was spacious, clean and accommodated our family of 5. We had coffee daily on our sunpoarch and drank coffee while listening to the babbling brook. There is a great hiking trail onsite that leads to the Applachian Trail (7.9 miles one way). Its a moderate trail. Plenty to do onsite. Horseshoes, corn...

We stayed at Imagination Mountain for a week in June. We traveled with friends and our group had 4 children ages 3-8. The owners are super friendly and very helpful. Our kids loved it! When we first arrived we were concerned about how close the campsites were to each other. However, it ended up being great. We paid extra for...

Our stay at Imagination Mountain was very pleasurable! The cabin that we stayed in was spacious, clean and seemed relatively new. We really enjoyed the outside seating area near the stream you could hear the water all the time. Our 11 and 12-year-old children enjoyed the many amenities there were for children. Pros: •spacious cabin •kid friendly •nice staff •relaxing...

We stayed here for a week for our family trip to the Smoky Mountains. It was, by far, one of my favorite campgrounds I've ever stayed at! The stream was beautiful, my children loved wading in it and catching little newts and salamanders. The pool was saltwater, which I love. There is a beautiful little mini golf course, all clean...

This campground was a little smaller than I expected, but very nice. We stayed in a tent site right next to the stream. The bathrooms were very clean and there was a toilet with a work sink and running water right next to the tent area. We could see the fireflies in the woods across the stream which was very...

We have been coming to this family owned and operated campground since 2007. We are never disappointed. So many planned activities for the children. Swimming pool, game room, movie night, water wars, playground, and family karaoke. The area is beautiful and a short distance to Gatlinburg.
