If you're looking for a perfect family getaway, look no further! I'm so pleased during my short stay with my girlfriends. You can either hike, golf, swim, picnic, arcade etc. Or just simply relax and enjoy nature. I recommend staying at least 3nights or more if you're planning to do activities outside. This is a hidden gem. Will definitely go... More

We stayed here last minute and was very impressed, nice campground with lots of things for kids to do. Very nice sparkling stream and full laundry facility was so nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful....the WIFI at this campground was amazingly good and fast, I tested it at 13-15 down and just as good upload speeds. We will... More

We stayed in primitive camping site L over the October 14-16 weekend. We were a little concerned when we couldn't book an electric site, but it really wasn't an issue. The tent spot was flat and clean and the overall site was reasonably level (nothing that a piece of firewood under one end of the picnic table didn't correct). Our... More

This is a terrific family-owned resort and it is very clean. I drove up from Jackson, MS to meet my sister, her husband and their 3 kids (entering 2nd, 4th and 6th) from Ann Arbor, MI for a 4 night trip. While they camped in their RV while I stayed in a NEW cozy one BR Cabin that had plenty... More

We stayed at the Candy Cottage for four nights while we took a much needed break away from the real world. The cottage was extremely clean and so were the bathrooms. There was no noise at nights and we enjoyed the fire pit very much. We got coffee at the office each morning and our son enjoyed the toys there... More

We stayed in dwarf cabin 53 for Labor Day weekend. It was perfect for our family of 4. There were ants in the kitchen so we left our dry food in the car, but other than that the cabin was perfect. The staff was very friendly and fun! The birds in the office were amazing. Karaoke was great entertainment. Bingo... More

First let me say this campground is awesome! It used to be a Jellystone, which was our initial reason for choosing it, but they dropped the franchise. It's perfectly situated in the woods with a flowing stream around the majority of sites. We loved being right next to it and sleeping to the sounds of water. There are some really... More

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin rental was extremely clean. The campgrounds were well maintained and the staff were super nice. My husband and I both woke up with some sort of insect bites all over us. We slept on the futon. Our children did not get these bites. There were a few ants in the cabin. I'm not... More

Absolutely the best!!! Dave and his family are extremely nice folks and take pride in providing a clean, safe campground that is super kid friendly. You can tell they truly love kids. Great amenities and activities right there on site "plus" the two streams. Our kids and every other kids I saw loved playing and exploring in the two streams... More

Stayed in dwarf cabin #51 for a week with my 8 1/2 year old daughter. Very clean, and right on the stream. Plenty of hot water in the shower, and a cold a.c. My daughter met 5 new friends while there, two who have become pen pals. Very family friendly. Great cabin neighbors. I don't believe Dave and his family... More
