Always a memorable visit to Cosby Creek in the GSMNP. Creek bed always has many opportunities for different types of images. Our favorites are the small nooks and crannies in the stream photographed with slow shutter speeds and large depth of field

There isn't an owner for Cosby Campground, It is part of a national forest. There are campground hosts, but I don't think there are any sites available year round. The host that was there when I camped was kind and gracious. I am sorry for your treatment. If he was the campground host, they need to find someone else ! I would be suspicious of an ad placed on craig's list. All reservations are handled through the National park system.
