We stopped here for one night on our way to Florida. It was an awesome stay. The room was great. Had a microwave and fridge. Bathroom was spacious and nicely done. As always the pressure in the shower in a hotel is always iffy. But it’s as good enough for get things done. I loved how the shower was set up, it was nice and spacious and gave you space to shave your legs and put your items on a shelf.

My wife and I arrived around 6pm. Easy to find, right off the interstate. There was plenty of parking. We were greeted right away by the front desk clerk. We did our Check-in via the Marriott bonvoy app, our room assigned, and we had the electronic door key on our app. The key worked perfectly. Our room was clean, and it smelled good. Very comfortable, there was plenty of room for the 2 of us. Everything worked well. We were on the 4th floor, our room overlooking the interstate, and the intersection where we got off to go to the hotel. I will say there was 1 negative thing. The really loud noise of the semi trucks from the interstate. All freaking night long. If you had the ac/heater unit running, or like me, a small noise machine for sleeping, you could block out a lot of the semi truck noise. Ugh! Otherwise the room was all good. Breakfast was very good, and quite satisfying. Checkout was done via the app. Everyone that we had contact with, from the hotel, was very nice. If the price was right, and I could get a room away from the interstate, I would certainly stay again.

We stayed here for one night on the way home from FL. The hotel was full and a bit noisy but it quieted down by 10pm and we had a white noise machine with us so we slept well. The beds are comfortable, but the room chair had stains. The shower head in room 105 sprayed all over and may need to be replaced/fixed. All staff were very nice, the breakfast was outstanding including veggie sausage and the coffee hot and delicious. They are pricier than the Hampton next door where we stayed on the way to FL, however we enjoyed our stay here more then the older Hampton.

We had a terrible experience there at the end of December. I checked in with my two elementary aged children around 9:30 p.m. and was not asked to show an ID or credit card - I was just handed the room key. When we got to the room, there was a different guests' name on the TV. I went downstairs to confirm that we were in the correct room and was assured that we were.
We were awoken around 6 a.m. to someone attempting to open the door. About 10 minutes later, someone knocked on the door - it was maintenance saying that they were there to fix the lock and were confused that we were in the room as it was supposed to be empty. As a female traveling alone with two children, it was terrifying to be awoken to someone opening our door when it was still dark outside.
I went back to the front desk and was told that they had us down as a no-show so no one knew that we were even in the hotel that night! The staff at the front desk seemed more concerned with figuring out who had been working the previous night than apologizing for the mistake and making sure that we were okay.

This hotel was unimpressive and the room we stayed in is in dire need of a makeover. We checked in on a Sunday night and the girl that checked us in was not overly welcoming. The bathroom walls had something all over them and the plastic stripping on the shower was busted allowing water to leak out. The minute we walked in the room reeked of either wet dog or sweaty bodies! The couch in the king suite was dirty and in need of a good scrubbing or replacement. The elevator smelled too!
This hotel just felt yucky.
Also the usual amenities were missing except for one tiny bar of soap on the sink. The shower did have the usual.
Usually Fairfield is a decent hotel but this did not live up to Fairfield cleanliness or welcoming standards at all.
The bed was comfortable and the daytime crew was much better. Which is why this did not get less stars. Breakfast was okay. The front desk area was nice and left me ill-prepared for what was to come when walking into the room.

This hotel needs a bit of a refresh. The mattress seems to be at the end of its’ useful life, and the room was very cold. We turned the heat up to 75 and it warmed up a bit but we still needed the extra blanket we found in the closet. I wanted to tell the staff about the heating before we left but there was a sign at the front desk stating that the clerk was away for a few minutes assisting another guest. I couldn’t really wait so I was unable to alert them to the issue. Also, our room was a connecting room and the ladies next store were laughing and talking and we could hear most of what they said. Thankfully they quieted down about the time we went to bed, but there needs to be better sound proofing. Breakfast was fine. The coffee is good!

Room Tip:I would definitely ask not to be put in a connecting room.

We almost didn't stay here because of the negative reviews, but I'm glad we did. Everything was a cut above, quality linens, comfortable beds, quiet, lot of outlets for charging electronics. The breakfast was the usual but it was good, and the coffee was much better than other hotels, even the in room coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a very nice stay at the Fairfield Inn, Columbia TN. The first night, Iris from the front desk, went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable room. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast was good, offering a variety of foods to include real eggs, veggie sausage and tasty baked goods. We have a large truck, but parking was never a problem. The lobby and dining areas were large and clean with comfortable seating. The business area was a good size providing working computers and printers, which came in handy.

I was in town for a church revival from Chicago. We had adjoining rooms. The price was unbeatable and The service was impeccable from start to end! The customer service is what really impressed me.Especially being that I work in Grocery Retail Management, I am a high on customer service. This was 4/5 star service in a small town hotel. The rooms were clean, everyone we encountered was friendly! The manager greeted guest at breakfast and inquired about our professions and travels. The staff… just can’t speak enough about their red carpet service. There are many hotels in this area, but the staff and guest make this a place I’d frequent when visiting. Thank . My sister used the waffle maker shortly before breakfast was over and the employee was burned. My sister was very apologetic, but the employee handled everything with such grace. We say thank you !!! God Bless!
