I had a good 2 nights.I am a Trucker and parking on site was limited to almost inadequate.Since I was the only largest truck the owner let me park on site.Loves truck stop is nearby. The room was so so.Housekeeping should pay closer attention to detail and owner should consider a fresh coat of paint and upgrade and or replace bathroom fixtures,and door. The ambiance was calm during the day and at night was busy as many workers staying at motel come back from working all day.Nothing crazy a few beers and a bit of chatter and music but by 10pm respectfully things settled down.

Another hotel owner using Covid as an excuse to cheat their guest. No hot breakfast offered and the selection of breakfast snacks were minimal. Water and orange juice were the only drinks offered. I do not drink coffee so not sure if it was offered. As for the guest room ( I was in room 128) the shower looked like it had black mold growing in the joints. The ceiling in the room looked and sounded as if it may fall at any time. The second night the light in the toilet/bathtub room burnt out. When I reported this to the front desk she tried to give me a light bulb to change it myself. When I asked if I could use a ladder she said there wasn't one. Told her I didn't feel comfortable standing on the side of the tub just send a maintenance person. She said there wasn't one but the evening shift front desk clerk would change it. She left him a note. Bulb never got changed. Took two showers in the dark. Luckily I knew where everything was.

The room had cockroaches and we found a folded towel that was supposed to be available for our use but was covered with hairs on the front and back. Multiple burn holes in the sheets and blankets. We received great customer service from the night agent. She was super friendly and helpful.

HORRIBLE! Bed bugs chewed me alive and your manager did NOTHING about it. I showed the picture to him and he said: “ok, I’ll have my pest people confirm and get back to you.” He didn’t want to go look for himself nor have I received a call! What a joke and a complete waste of money. I’m done with Wyndham. I should’ve left once I saw the sign for “extended stay.” It’s a hotel, not an apartment building. I’d rather spend a little more and get better treatment I told him he had better call me today and I demanded money back for this experience and he agreed and said he had my card info. No call, no credit. Wyndham has gone completely down the drain. I used them often for family travel or solo work trips and it appears it doesn’t matter to them that I do and that I’m a good member. I’m finish with with them. Go to Hilton. For $30 more you will get a great stay and feel welcomed and not get chewed while u sleep.

We have stayed at many of Super 8's over the years as they are pet friendly and have never run across one that has been so atrocious as this one was. We checked in and told us the cost of the room but they had to put a $50 hold on our room. For what reason I can't explain since we used a credit card to check in. Once we entered the room I used the bathroom and found urine and dirt around the bottom of the toilet. I had to use my own lysol wipes to clean the bathroom so it could be used. The carpet was extremely worn down to nothing, the fitted sheets didn't stay on the mattress as they were stretched out. There were little burn holes in the top sheet rather then not use that sheet again. Then when we finally did get to sleep at 2:15 am a blarring alarm sounded off continuously, the front desk stated it was for a back flow water problem but she couldn't shut it off. About 40 minutes later it finally got shut down but only lasted for about 20 minutes and the alarm started all over again for a total of approximately 45 - 50 minutes total. At that time everybody is standing outside wondering what the heck is going on and what they plan on doing. Finally able to go back to sleep we get up to leave and go to the breakfast they serve. What a joke. The Hot covered steam plate had scrambled eggs, biscuits, and cinamon buns, The only problem was everything was ice cold. Nothing was even slightly warm. When we went to check out we complained about the noise during the night and the breakfast needed better watching and what they were going to do for the inconvience and she said all she can do is apologize extremely, I just can't apologize enough. When my husband used the restroom just before we left he informed the office the men's room was out of paper toweling. She stated we don't use paper towels, you use the tissue paper in the men's room for drying your hands. I have never heard of such an ill managed hotel and yet we paid full price and still awaiting the return of the $50 hold. BULL CRAP.........

Staff was rude at check in. The room smelled so VERY musty, the bed frame is metal and very loud, even on the smallest movement, door key wouldn't work and had to have it reset by the rude staff member, and the room was very dated. We wouldn't recommend this hotel even on a short stay.

The hotel is basically in disrepair. All furniture leans to the center of the room. The showers were molding non-smoking rooms smell like smoke general cleanliness non- existing. Staff had the attitude of "what is the big deal"

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke, pool closed, desk staff useless, pet charge ridiculous, bugs in room. Wyndham should be ashamed. Management was supposed to call regarding over charging my credit card...hasn't happened. Won't be back.

I stopped here at about 3 in the morning, and was told that this "suite" was the only one of two rooms left, which is typical travelling sometimes, to rest during a road trip. The room was a standard two king bed room, nothing special about it. Initially when I went into the room, I was so exhausted I used the bathroom quickly and went to bed. When I woke up I realized my room was super dirty! There were stains on the floors of the room, all the washcloths and towels were stained or dirty (thankfully I travel with my own.), the tub was filthy, and it looked like blood stains on the wall!

Room was $183.00 for 1 night. way to expensive. On the road and had to stop. Room smelled like mold and room had electrical problems with a outlet. 3 other people I met at the motel were discussed and will never stay there again.
