After being told our long-term site would be available through May 8, 2016, one week later we are told that long-term campers are no longer welcome after May 1st. Go carts are no longer being operated. It seems as though new management has no idea what is going on. Disorganized is an understatement! We will be moving right in the...

Not gated, like most camping environments. This left campers rolling in and banging tent stakes in at midnight, well past quiet hours. Glad we left camp most days as there always seemed to be noise. A guy leaf blowing for hours. A guy pressure washing on a different day for hours. ATVs being loud. It was not relaxing at camp....

We have stayed at quite a few campgrounds and these were the worst bathrooms. Found out from a long term resident that their cleaning kids only come in the afternoon to clean them. Was told, like the caverns, owners fired managers and old manager is now a grass cutter. She said it has been amazing how fast this place has...

We've been travelling the United States from West to East for two months now, and this had been our most relaxing stay by far. We were in a cabin, which was really great value for money! A half bath, plenty of hot water, two comfortable beds, fridge, a big TV and a wonderful porch with two porch rockers. Excellent wifi...

This was a nice little campground, and was very reasonably priced. I was on a roadtrip and stayed here for the night in one of their cabins. It's not far from the highway and there's easy access to some really nice vistas over the Tennessee River

We traveled to Chattanooga for several days around Thanksgiving. We stayed in a 28 ft pull behind camper. Positives: Location- This campground is very convenient to downtown Chattanooga and is close to a Wal-mart as well. Cave- The cave was a highlight of the trip. Great tour with a great guide Negatives: Small campsites- barely enough room to enjoy a...

We enjoyed the campground for the attractions, but the entire stay, every morning, ATV'S arrived early in the morning to wake the entire family up. We like to sleep peacefully on our trips, however being woke up by a modified atv exhaust sound firing directly at your RV early in the morning, is not my idea of peaceful. We really...

Thank you very much for staying with us at our park! I assure you that we are normally a very quiet and peaceful RV park. We have received a plethora of complaints regarding this issue recently. We are a family oriented campground and strive daily to uphold that. One of the owners of the campground also owns land on top...

This was a pretty nice campground as RV parks go. Our site was level side to side even though it was gravel. The typical train noise in the distant at night. Here's the rub, at 7:00 am on Saturday morning the modified off-road dune buggies began showing up in droves. Imagine the sound of a thousand motorcycles tearing all around...

Thank you very much for your recent stay with us! My staff and I are very sympathetic in regard to the noise issue. Normally, this is a very peaceful and quiet family oriented campground. However, one of the owners of the campground also owns land on top of the mountain. This land has limited access and he has been allowing...

I've stayed in a few places around Chattanooga but this one I'll be coming back to. I stayed in cabin 5 and for the price it was way better than any hotel room. The staff was friendly and answered all questions I had about the place. Overall the campground was clean and has made many improvements since I visited some...
