My husband I recently came to Chattanooga for a quilting event and needed a place nearby to stay. The Crash Pad came highly recommended and I'm thrilled we stayed there. It's very secure, clean, quiet and very well maintained. The staff are all FABULOUS and I can't say enough wonderful things about them. We had a private room, but the...

Such a cool place. I stayed in one of the bunks and I loved it! The staff are all really nice and accommodating. Very, very clean. The outside area is super nice. Also the price is most definitely GREAT! I would highly recommend The Crash Pad. I will be going several more times this year to run the trails in...

This was our second experience with a hostel within two weeks. We enjoyed both but we loved the security (locked doors), staff, location, rules posted in the sleeping areas, the separate bathrooms for W & M, a variety of ages (we were two seniors), and so much more. This will be a tough act to follow. We were within walking...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! This hostile might have been slightly overpriced but you definitely got your money's worth. Friendly staff, linens provided, free breakfast, and great location. The common area, living quarters, and bathrooms were all very clean. The place had a cool vibe and the building is LEAD certified. My privacy was well respected and I felt...

Far superior to most hostels, this new-ish facility is located right by the Choo Choo Hotel in a vibrant area close to downtown. After dark it may be a little sketchy, but we felt secure in and around the facility. The adjacent bar, associated with the hostel, can be noisy, so complain to the hostel staff is you're being disturbed....

Thank you for your honest response, we really appreciate a detailed review. We knew going into building a bar and restaurant next door that there could be some noise issues and would like to remind any of our guests or future patrons that we are on call even after our desk shifts, and can always come back to the hostel...

We loved everything about the Crash Pad. First off, the staff is amazing - special shout-out to Bethyn for being so cool and helpful!! The architecture of the place is beautiful. It's super clean, modern, and comfortable. The bunk rooms do offer some privacy with curtains for each bed; the shared bathrooms are very clean and, because the hostel isn't...

This place is fabulous. The building is lovely with all of the wooden features. I stayed in a private room which had its own sink, the bathroom was just outside the room. All very clean, towels included. You also get a light breakfast of eggs and toast which you make yourself. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We ended...

Wow everyone was so nice and helpful. The place was extremely clean everywhere. The bathrooms were clean and nice. Highly recommend. We stayed in the bunks and it was nice and private in your bunk. The fan does keep some of the noise down from people leaving in and out.

I needed to get away from Nashville for a little bit and this was exactly the escape I needed. Opted for the private queen room and shared bath. Room was secure and quiet. Compared to my place in Nashville, Chattanooga was incredibly quiet. I slept very peacefully. The bed was absurdly comfortable - certainly wasn't expecting that from a hostel....

We happened to come upon The Crash Pad by accident. We had already booked a hotel in Chattanooga that listed its location as near downtown, but it was not. We were just driving around and found the south side neighborhood and decided that was where we wanted to be. We drove past The Crash Pad a couple times before stopping....
