This was our second stay at Happy Holiday Resort. Both were near perfect. Very friendly staff, clean grounds, rest rooms and showers. Would have given a 5 star except for the abnoxious permanent stayers who were rude and loud to several nearby camping families. They acted like the camp site beside them were off limit and did everything possible to...

Good facilities, great showers and bathrooms, love the staff. The showers are cleaned daily, the staff is helpful and when we had packages delivered they brought them to the camper. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

We chose this hotel because they told us our dogs were welcome. But after driving 17 hours to get there, suddenly they were NOT pet friendly (nevermind the managers TWO dogs running all over office)!! We were sold an additional tent site to camp with our dogs. The second day of our week long stay they offered us a cabin...

Camp host in the office was friendly and had someone take us to our site. Our site had a covered table and while there we encountered a hail storm and moved the table and put our jeep under cover. The baths were old and dated but clean. The only real drawback were the rabbits! Rabbits everywhere! Overpriced for the park...

Traveling across country in our RV, found this campground. By far one of the cleaniest, friendliest and most convenient locations. Very quiet location. Courteous and helpful staff. We look forward to returning!

This place is so much better than a KOA. Has 24 hour laundry and ample restrooms and showers. Had a small arcade and playground for kids. Even has a computer to use in office. Buildings are a bit dated but functional. Grounds are clean and very roomy. Manager was great and made sure we got everything we needed.

We spent two nights in one of the rustic cabins. We knew there was no AC so brought our own fan. Cabin was warm but definitely cooled off during the night. Cabin was what we expected. Cabin was clean but rustic. Shower areas could use a little updating. Cabins would benefit if screen doors were added to provide additional outside...

We stayed three nights in the campground. It was a very nice place. The people in the office/store were very helpful. They accompanied us to the campground and helped pick out a great place for us and even helped us get started setting up. We had a covered picnic table that was nice. Would stay here again! wifi was spotty,...

My family came from the east and west to gather together in Rapid City SD.There was a total of fourteen of us. We stayed in two of the camping cabins & two motel rooms for a total of 5 days. Cabins are rustic but have power and a TV with basic cable. They sleep four adults and four small children...
