We pulled in here at eleven pm after slow, stressful driving in a South Dakota blizzard for ten hours. We checked another hotel in town and it was full, the very nice lady who answered the phone made me feel good about this place before we arrived. The service did not stop there, it was among the best I have ever... More

Quick overnight stay while heading home from Yellowstone/Black Hills vacation. Will definitely seek this place out next time heading through. Exceptionally helpful staff. They made us feel at home. Good breakfast - made more fun because it's served from a Chuckwagon built into the lobby wall. Clean and pleasant room. (Nothing fancy, but just felt nice.) Had microwave and fridge.... More

A buddy & I stayed here for a week of pheasant hunting. The place has excellent amenities.. We had two labs in the room for that time with no problems. They also have a discreetly located, covered bird cleaning station. The breakfast was good but could use some daily variation. The best part was the staff is great! They helped... More

We used to stay here (20 years ago) when we were moving across the country. Very pleased it's still just as good (little bit better) ...now have modest, but good breakfast. Rooms were VERY clean, and beds comfortable. This is small town, with limited hotel accommodations, but this little gem is the best choice by far. Ample parking. We didn't... More

Clean. Great value. Lots of charm. Good pool. Desk was very friendly. Heat worked good. Great for hunters. Lots of taxidermy animals in reception area. Breakfast included not bad. Sausage and eggs. Tessa charging station.

Lady at check in was very welcoming, as is the reception area. The room is a standard motel room, but very comfortable. The pool looked nice, but I didn't use it. I can highly recommend The Rusty Spur along the street for somewhere to eat and drink. Really nice staff.

When charging our Tesla on a road trip from Seattle to Minnesota we discovered this gem in the same parking lot as the supercharger. We arranged our trip home so we could make this a over night stay. It was a great choice, with everything we needed. My son and I were traveling with his dog, and this was very dog... More

Just like the pictures and reviews say. Wonderful place to stay. Clean, quiet, rooms. All you can ask for. Breakfast in main lobby was good selection, as the sign says. Eggs, sausage, sweet rolls, coffee, juice, toast, cereal, milk. All you need. Staff was great, and helpful. Would stay again.

We debated the bigger hotel chain across the street, but are so glad we read the reviews and went with Range Country! Our room wasn't fancy 5 star glory, but it was exactly as advertised; comfortable, clean, & spacious. The indoor pool & hot tub we're exactly what the doctor ordered after 8 nights in a cold tent in Yellowstone... More

Exceptionally clean hotel!! Great hotel staff and adequate breakfast in the morning. Breakfast included eggs, sausages and cold cereals. Fresh fruit, juices, and pretty good coffee. The beds are very comfortable, sheets are clean towels are clean. No bad smells. Decorations are older but but not worn out.
