We needed a Friday night room while hunting, and didn't have reservations. Many we checked were booked, but this had plenty of room. Staff was friendly & room was fine. The renovations were decent. We didn't spend much time there, as we just needed a place to sleep. An extra or thicker blanket would have been very nice.

I stayed 3 nights at Copper Mountain Resort and Housekeeping never knew I was in the room. Luckily I was the only 1 in the room. When I arrived the room was clean and I didn't need much beyond asking for more clean towels. I do wonder what kind of system they have for keeping up with which rooms are...

Conveniently located close to Deadwood and only an hour away from Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park, I booked this hotel last minute and got a great price. Definitely not a resort, but for what I paid, I got what I expected. Comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, fridge, and coffee machine. Bathroom is very small. There's free coffee...

Room was nice and updated. Beds could be a bit better. Need to have bibles in room... Or ours was missing. Hair dryer didn't work. Felt like mgmt was skimping a bit on how nice it could be. Great building.. Could certainly be a luxury experience with a bit more effort. Adding some breakfast options would be huge plus! Lead...

Room was ok. No amenities. No breakfast, no restaurant. Price was cheap compared to deadwood so it was good enough for a nights sleep. Room was clean and decent. Good friendly service. Awesome place to eat right next door for lunch. Great location.

It was good thing I only stayed for one night. The hotel conditions were terrible and the rooms were dirty. Stayed here with tour group, if it was my choice I would never stay here. This was first time I have seen left over cookie crumb as soon as walk in the room and as I reach into the tissue...

If you're looking for a great place to relax that is just close enough to Deadwood and Sturgis, but just far enough away, to take a break from the party, Copper Mountain is the place for you. Very relaxed vibe and the people that work there are always ready to help. Especially enjoyed meeting Melissa. She knows everything about the...

Clean, quiet and comfortable. What more could you ask for? Hot water and high pressure for your shower? Got that! Clean and fast wifi? Five bars! Walking distance to a great steak house and the best burger in the state (Sled Haus)? Yup! Simply solid.

Stayed there last week for one night and left. I am waiting to see if they credit me for the second night. THE WORST ! Dirty and run down. Room had holes in the wall everywhere and peeling wallpaper. The sink and vanity were in the room with bed which I don't really like. Human hair on sheets as well...

You shouldn't ever have to ask the front desk for toilet paper, let alone twice in 3 days. Especially when the roll was empty when housekeeping came through. Trash not emptied for 2 days. Mirror behind sink wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there. Housekeeping staff really needs training. Cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom vent in the middle...
