If you are looking at the Black Hills area for your Summer vacation you should really consider High Country Guest Ranch, especially if your planning a family reunion. Owners John and Barb are friendly and do their best to accommodate your requests. Plenty of things to do right on property (outdoor pool was fun) and a large green space to...

We stayed here for a weekend in January. A few of the other guest ranches in the area wouldn't accommodate our horses for water in the winter but these guys did. The cabin was quaint and comfortable. The bed was sooooo comfortable! Very nice having a kitchen that is stocked with all the things you need too. We will be...

We stayed in a cute two story cabin with a jacuzzi tub. The location is great, not far from Crazy Horse and Mt. Rushmore. The cabin was fully stocked with dishes and everything else we needed. The stars were amazing at night. We couldn't get any wifi, and phone service was very spotty. And the hot water ran out halfway...

While looking for my Black Hills gataway I found this place by accident and I'm glad I did. What a hidden gem. Close enough to all atractions but 5 miles out of town between the hills and forests. Quiet, clean cabins, great friendly staff, anything you need its never a problem. Best nights of sleep I've had in a decade...

We rented two ATV'S here for two hours. Very poor instructions to find trails. Takes 30 minutes just to get to the trailhead. Office staff not very friendly. Don't waste your time at this location. Tourist trap! We finally did get a refund.

As a couple without children looking for an individual cabin with some space to call our own, this place did not fit what we were looking for. We stayed in the Cowboy Cabins, which were all bunched up next to each other. We stayed a Sunday night at the end of summer, so it was relatively quiet, but if the...

We were told there was a free concert. Brule is one of my favorite Indian Groups. The show was AMAZING!! I would give it 5 stars. The food was not so great. It was worth the 4 stars. The kids running this venue were friendly, helpful and very kind. THE SHOW WAS AMAZING!!!

We stayed here for four nights in late July. While you can't beat the scenery and location the place is poorly managed and dirty. We stayed in Hagen #5 cabin which would have been a great place to stay if they kept it clean. The carpet was so dirty it crunched when you walked on it and you could actually...

We had a campfire every night making smores and popcorn. Pool is conveniently located across from these cabins. The Brulee Indian show was free and fabulous!! Very professional and meaningful. The cowboy meal and show was pricey, entertainment good but food was so-so...fun for kids with shootout and western theme. Horseback trail riding is at the ranch, very well organized....
