BEST BREAKFAST in Deadwood! Small, simple decor...but there is a reason why this place is where the LOCALS eat. Standard dishes prepared perfectly, with LARGE pancakes. Don't go anywhere else for breakfast; easy car parking also. (5 stars would have included an Eggs Benedict option...but would have to have been well prepared!)

The food was delicious! The staff is very friendly!! The meals are very cost effective. Our bill was $12 for two people and we both left full!! The cafe is a short walk from downtown Deadwood making it a great Breakfast stop.

Room was maybe a little dated and not too fancy, but all we wanted was a clean room within walking distance to downtown. That's what we got and were very happy with that. Trolley runs by often if you didn't want to walk a few blocks but we walked most every time. Very friendly staff.

the entry to room had a large step that I all most missed in living. Also lighting out side is limited. the Office is not open 24 hours. Cafe and Casino is not open all day. trolley ran in front of the hotel.

Nice place, one of the more inexpensive places but do not have fridge or microwave, but noone complained when we left our cooler outside the room. Connected restaurant is convenient and very good ,with good breakfast and lunch. Close to downtown not too far to walk or ride the trolley.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. I've never found it dirty until this year. We lost something in our room so we were checking under the bed and found clothes and baby bottle from previous guests under the bed skirts. There were other items too and it didn't look like it had been vacuumed recently. Staff were...

This hotel is located on Main street within walking distance to the heart of Main st. The rooms are clean and comfy at a great rate! The front desk staff is so nice and accommodating. We LOVE the little cafe for breakfast.

Great location, nice-sized room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, and all at a very reasonable price, especially for a July Friday night in Deadwood! And the breakfast at their café was also great -- good home-style cooking, and my breakfast was only $6!!

I was very leery about a hotel that costs $40. After reading several reviews I thought why not I'll give it a try. Upon registering and checking in I was greeted by nothing but smiling faces. And did I mention it was $40?! I forgot my phone charger the staff let me borrow one of theirs. I was so pleased...
