We've stayed here 3 times now - twice last April and once this month (Oct) - Hampton House is a beautiful old mansion with a large front "family/sitting" room, a wide foyer and 3 rooms - we've stayed in 2 of the 3 rooms. They are each unique in terms of layout, furnishings and bath. The owners/hosts are exceptionally friendly... More

We got caught in traffic out of Myrtle Beach, it was after 9:00. They held a place for us. Stayed on the phone with directions. Lovely home, wonderful comfortable room and super comfy bed. Wonderful, full breakfast. Saw the dollhouse collection, very interesting and informative. Immaculate and wonderful gracious innkeepers. Will visit again.

We had a comforting experiance during difficult times. This place took our minds off the worries and the hospitality and warm welcome of Diane and Henry gave reassurance to a pleasant visit. Our daughter was fascinated by their in house antique doll museum. This is truly a magical place. Highly recommended. Would not stay anywhere else but here on future... More

Stopped by with a tour group to see this lovely B&B. The owners were very gracious and greeted us warmly. We had wine and cheese with fresh fruit outside on the patio near the pool. Unfortunately, the pool had been drained recently, but I'm sure it is lovely during the summer months. This B&B is quite the museum inside and... More

The Hampton House is a historical delight. The house is architecturally beautiful and the bedrooms could be in a magazine (they were). The grounds were charming and the pool offered a welcome break after a long drive. The breakfast was homemade and delicious, especially the banana bread. If I lived in town, I would want to be friends with the... More

What good things CAN'T I say about this place?! The owners are SO kind and generous. They had a plate of peanut butter cookies waiting for us right next to our room! Very cool that they have a mini fridge that you can use to store anything in, but it's also shared if anyone else is staying in the other... More

Had an absolutely lovely time at this amazing B and B. Hosts Diane and Henry delightful and most interesting. Breakfast delicious. Home and grounds give you a sense of the beauty of what plantation living must have been like in the early 1900s.

The whole house is full of beautiful antiques, look like pre 1950's. Diane, the owner, has wonderful taste in decorating the house with 3 bedrooms to rent. She also has one whole room for her collection of doll houses. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, and breakfast was good. It's located on a corner lot in town but seems... More

This is a Bed & Breakfast with three bedrooms for rent. The building and furnishing are just beautiful. The building is packed full of antiques and interesting art objects. It's sort of like staying in a museum. Diane, the lady who runs it, had peanut butter cookies prepared for us when we arrived and had sherry available in the evening.... More
