The first room had some issues but they quickly changed our room and we were very happy. Clean room, good beds, etc. The breakfast that Lacrystal fixed was great. Fluffy eggs, good sausage and a lot of choices.
We recently stayed with this Comfort Inn to and from the attendance of our Grandson's Graduation from ASU in North Carolina. We also had with us our 100 year old (angel) Mom who has difficulty in seeing, hearing and walks with a walker.
The room had a bad smell and when asked if we could change our room the response was no. We did not believe the hotel was filled to its capacity. Someone from the front desk came to our room, agree there was an odor and...More
The hotel was clean and comfortable- felt very safe. Even though right off highway (very convenient) the front doors get locked at night. Large rooms, fluffy towels, comfy beds and great shower pressure. Breakfast pretty standard, friendly staff and excellent coffee! Would definitely stay again-...More

no, but you might ask which rooms do, It's not the nicest nor convenient location in Greenville. They do have a 3rd floor access in back once you have a key for entry. I have to stay there cause or company uses it, but if you do a little research and price shopping you can find a comparable hotel closer to downtown... like the Hampton on falls park which is within waking distance of everything. If your on a budget there is a Clarion by the Hilton which is reasonable...not great but the quality is the same as comfort and they have down and out rooms and a few really good restaurants within walking distance and an outstanding pizza place next door. There breakfast is outstanding for the price too.
