We have visited the Spartanburg several times. The breakfast buffet is terrific. Speciality omelets are available , made to order. Each visit Karen has been our waitress and her service is excellent and southern friendly!!! We totally enjoy the Resterant and her diligent service.

We found the staff , with a couple of exceptions , to be less than accommodating . We had no bedding for the pull out couch and it took two calls and about 45 minutes to get it right . The staff member on the phone was rude and hung up the second call. We had to make another call

To our recent guest lobobucs, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. Needless to say, your experience with having to wait for your sofa bed linens and then pillow delivery along with comments regarding a staff member hanging up on you is completely opposite of what our guests can expect from us. Our expectations is that delivery is met within 15 minutes and should be handled with great care and efficiency. Should there be a delay, we would expect that an apology be extended along with offering any additional assistance necessary. We will certainly be sharing your comments, however, if you would like to reach out to me personally, I would like to discuss this experience in detail. In addition to the above, I would like to get your feedback on the breakfast buffet as we are always grateful for additional thoughts. We offer an ala carte menu, however, our buffet includes a large assortment of hot items such as eggs, three meat items, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes or waffles, cold and hot cereals, assorted freshly baked breakfast breads and muffins, several selections of fresh sliced fruits, and assorted yogurts. In addition, should our guest prefer an omelet, our culinary team would be delighted to prepare. We appreciate your recognition of a couple of our team members and we'll look forward to sharing your comments with each of them personally. Once again, thanks so much for your feedback. Hi do you have inter connecting rooms? I just tried to book a 2 bedroom suite and there were none available. We are currently now booked at the Residence Inn but I was looking for a more central location within Spartanburg so I could walk to the town centre?
