We took over Three Pines View this year for our company retreat. I can not express how incredible Sharon and her family treated us. We had an amazing time in this absolutely picturesque B&B, and the food was beyond compare. We rented two other properties for this retreat, and Three Pines surpassed them all. If you are looking for a...

We visited Three Pines View back in 2012 and had an excellent experience. Sharon and Andrew have since purchased this B&B and our second experience was just as great. Great mountain views from the private porches of each room. Our room was well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was unique and wonderful. Sharon and Andrew were very accommodating to...

This is not your typical BNB... Tucked in the mountains near Lake Jocasee, Three Pines View (TPV) offers awe-inspiring views of the Blue Ridge. The Bear Hug Suite is a fantastic room, with commanding views from inside or out on the deck. Breakfast was a gourmet experience. Attention to detail in everything is evident. Sharon and Andrew are terrific hosts;...

The rooms were immaculate, well appointed and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. We loved the fresh home cooked breakfast which kept us full all day. We also eat dinner there on two...

We went to upstate South Carolina for a four-day weekend anniversary celebration. Three Pines View Inn turned out to be a real gem. Sharon and Andrew were the most hospitable hosts, and the B and B itself was most comfortable. Sharon is an excellent chef, and the breakfasts and dinner we had were delectable. She also packed us a delicious...

Three Pines View was so perfect I decided to propose to my fiancé over dinner in the dining room other than on the river as I was planning. Sharon and Andrew were great hosts. DEFINITELY let Sharon cook your meals for you!!! She said she wasn't a professional chef, but I still don't believe her. Worth every penny!!!

My wife and I loved our stay here. The owners are very nice and helpful. The food was top notch, the views were serene, and the rooms were cozy/comfortable. We had no complaints at all! Can't wait to return!

This is a gem in the rough. A superb B&B, located off the beaten path, that caters to those who appreciate exceptional food, service and accommodations. Beautifully appointed rooms with sensations views provide an excellent setting for a weekend getaway. Proximity to Lakes Keowee and Jocasse, some of the Carolina's most spectacular water falls and hiking trails, and the Cliffs...
