I strongly suspect that the ownership has some Internet-savvy family members who create false ID's and post bogus reviews. It happens all the time. The positive reviews all have the same "cadence" to their writing, as if the writers all originated from the same place. Perhaps they're just all from the same region, and they have a network of folks who help each other's businesses out by writing false positive reviews. It's too bad that Tripadvisor doesn't actually send people to the hotels to verify the veracity of these statements.
