Enjoyed a quiet weekend here exploring local waterfalls. In the evening sat in the chairs outside our room and watched the sun go down over the mountains. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel at home.

We were in the area for a wedding and moved from a hotel in Greenville to be closer to family. The Laurel Mountain Inn was perfect for our needs: basic but clean, comfortable, quiet, charming. The proprietress, Sherry, was very sweet and accommodating, and we even adopted the Beanie Baby staying in our room! The porch outside our rooms ended...

The location was beautiful, Laurel covered the mountain behind the motel. It is very quiet, and above any road noise. The room had a refrigerator, coffee pot with enough coffee packs to fill my small thermos for day hike. The unit was very clean, for those who are needing WiFi, not real good service, and only a small TV, but...

The owners here were certainly very nice. Things were clean. Views of Table rock a little limited and you are certainly a ways away from towns and amenities. But if you are here to hike Table Rock it's the right place. A little musty and dated. The road noise just beyond the trees can be annoying in such a nice...

This is a wonderful stay nestled off the main road. Sherry keeps her rooms in excellent condition and with a personal touch right down to a chocolate on the bed pillows. There are table and chairs outside your room with a perfect view of Table Rock. Looking forward to many more visits.

The hostess was very friendly, accommodating and helpful in orienting us to the area. The room was clean, had basic amenities and provided a nice respite to our days of hiking and exploring. The in-house wireless was sporadic but cellular connectivity worked fine. This is a nice location and perfectly located to Table Rock!

Found this place on trip advisor while planning a hiking trip in the Pickens County SC area. It is a family owned 5 unit motel directly across from Table Rock that is neatly tucked away in the woods just off of Hwy 11. It was perfect for our purpose of hiking the various State Parks and waterfalls in the area....

Have stayed here several times. It's like a small, older motel type property in the woods - only 5 rooms. Well maintained, clean, owner is on property and is very nice. Location! Location! Location! Near Jocassee, Keowee, Table Rock, Jones Gap, Caesar's Head, waterfalls, trails, and much more. Laid back, quiet. We like it.

This family owned motel is the cleanest place we have ever stayed! The room was immaculate and the front walkway and yard were spotless. Nice bed, coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave all added to our comfort. The owners were helpful in suggesting restaurants and a biking trail for our enjoyment. Our two-night stay was wonderful for exploring the state parks...

We came for a weekend getaway with no kids. This place is just what we wanted. We wanted to relax and be away from the hustle and bustle. The view of Table Rock is accurately shown. The people are VERY nice and helpful. It is convenient to many state parks in the area. We have decided this place will be...
