After a long drive the last thing anyone should have to do is turn around and drive back 7 miles to another property (in this case Litchfield Resort. But, that is exactly what I had to do. Then I had to wait in line once I finally got there. And then drive back to Pawleys with a paper map directing...

One of the toughest courses on the southside of Myrtle. Hard to hit of these fairways and putt these greens if you're use to bent grass. A great challenge. The property is very spacious and accommodating. Towels are a little thin but we're here to golf and don't need much.

Honestly the best course at the beach for the price. Challenging but my new favorite. Awesome back nine with few holes on the marsh. Granted the winds can be tricky but rewards good shots. I played the blues, might be a much easier course from the whites.

My husband and I rented a room, not wanting to pay for a full condo for the two of us. We were told the room would be nice and larger than a hotel room. It was not. There wasn't enough room for me to do my physical therapy floor exercises. The carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced - another...

This was one of five courses played on a Pawley's Island Golf Package. The overall condition of the course was good although some of the greens had some repairs on them. The staff was excellent. The par 3s are all excellent and unique with tow of them having tees on a dike in the middle of the marsh. Not your...

We had read some not so flattering reviews of the golf course but decided to visit it in person so we could judge it for ourselves. Two days later we were playing there. The staff was super helpful and acknowledged they had had a fungus on their greens that they have dealt with. We found the course to be in...

2nd day of the trip. Nice but difficult course for me. Greens were in rough shape due to a fungus they were battling (that's what they told me). Greens were really slow. Fairways were in decent condition. Carts do not have GPS on them. Staff was very friendly. Did not eat in the pub. Not because we heard bad things,...

Wonderful test of golf for mid and low handicappers. Jack Nicklaus design that is a visually appealing track. Good combination of long and short holes. Greens putt true and are in great shape. Lots of sand to catch wayward shots both off the tees and around the greens. One of the better courses in the Myrtle Beach area. It's about...

The greens currently are a disaster. Most of them have a fungus or disease that makes it difficult to putt through. The course, besides the greens, is a lot of fun and challenging, but given the current conditions of the greens, there's other courses nearby. In regards to the rooms, the other reviews of cockroaches are true. In the middle...

This is a review of the lodging more than the golf. We stayed in Building 34 which from the exterior looked great. The interior is in serious need of updating and some debugging. I realize we are in the South and bugs are to be expected. But, when there was already 1 dead cockroach in plain sight on the floor,...
