Unit 215, just don't. Filth layers deep. Half-a$$ed paint job. Holes in walls. Ripped screens. Advertising photos must be 15 years old, when furniture was clean and not sagging. Arrived to only 2 lightbulbs in the place, no working ceiling fans, ceiling coming down, bedspreads that didn't fit the beds and may have never been washed. "Outdated" does not capture the dilapidation. Phil in the office was friendly and seemed willing to try and make it right, offering boxes of lightbulbs and scheduling fan repair quickly. One fan got replaced, the others partially repaired. Filthy but sturdy outdoor furniture got replaced with clean but flimsy plastic ware. Phil promised to make it right financially, and if it happens, I'll amend the review to reflect the effort. Looked like there were some nice units in the building, after peeking in when doors were open.

Where do I even begin. We arrived on Saturday and our email received 24 hours prior stated that the office would be open for check ins from 3-7pm. We arrived at 6pm and the office was closed. I had to wait on hold for 30 minutes in order to gain access to our condo. Once accessed, the door wasn't locking as it should according to the instructions so we were unable to unpack our cars until they came to repair the lock. We have mice droppings in the bathroom, which is not a huge deal, but should have been cleaned. We arrived on Saturday and the elevators have only been working for a span of about 6 hours since our arrival. We are on the 5th floor, and there are 5 floors of parking so in order to go to beach and pool etc, we are required to walk down about 10 flights of stairs and back up when we are done. This is problematic because my mother has COPD and is elderly and I have a bad knee. Elevator problems are an expectation on vacation but in my years of vacationing I have NEVER had ALL elevators not functioning for basically 2 days. The beach is wonderful, the condo is overall pretty nice but not worth what we paid. I've paid 500 less and stayed in much nicer places with nicer amenities. Likely won't stay at San A Bel again.

We rented a private condo. The view was amazing and would recommend Sanabel to anyone!! Other guests were very polite. Our 2 bedroom condo had everything our family of 4 needed. It is oceanfront and big balconies to see everything on. The hot tub was amazing and huge. The pool was great too! Just a wonderful vacation and beautiful!!

We rented a condo at San A Bel in North Myrtle Beach through Elliott Beach Rentals. The condo was exactly as explained on the internet. Great oceanfront view. No issues with the condo itself and had no issues with the rental company until we got back home and realized we had left a garment bag and about 5 or 6 shirts hanging in that bag in the closet. I contacted them through messenger as soon as we realized and they said they would check. No response for a day after that so I messaged again. The response was the person that was in charge of the lost and found was off the previous day, but had responded to the email concerning this matter and they would let me know when that person got back with them. We checked out on Saturday. Messaged them Monday morning, then again on Tuesday morning and received the previous responses. It is now Saturday. A full week after we have checked out and nothing. Since I'm sure the clothes were there, and I've gotten no response that they had them, this tells me that the cleaning staff is dishonest. This should be addressed with them. Also makes it uncomfortable if they have access to your condo while you are staying there. Bottom line of my review...condo was awesome. But do NOT rent from that particular realty company. They have a lot of properties that they rent in North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. Very disappointing actions by them. If this situation is rectified, I will update my review.

The view from the balcony of 115 is nice. The "ice-making fridge" does NOT make ice. The extra blankets are moth-eaten and ragged. Had to bring our own toilet tissue, sheets, pillow cases, and towels. The decor was ca. 1979. Lots of late night noise from outside. We won't be returning to this establishment.
