This was an older, but decent hotel in North Charleston. The rooms were adequate, but it suited our needs. Even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking, it still smelled of smoke. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff very friendly.

I stayed here with my husband & kids on our way to Myrtle Beach. I was disappointed they said they don't let anyone check in early which stinks because we just drove 10 hours. I know that's not guaranteed anywhere. The outside of the building looked nice. But once we checked in our room was not dirty but there were...

The main room & bathroom were old, dated, with stains on the ceiling, looked like water stains. It smelled like someone had just smoked weed in our room prior to our check in, and the smell lingered our entire stay. If it weren't for the wonderful breakfast, this hotel would not have been worth $25 per night, and I would...

If you are just looking for a Quality :D place to stay that won't blow a budget this is a good stay. The rooms are not glamorous but it gets the job done. The pool is very nice and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient to a lot of things around the airport and one of...

This is the absolute friendliest hotel I've stayed in, in Charleston. Everybody that works there is so friendly, from the desk clerks to the house cleaning people. I've been going to Charleston the last three years with a friend of mine to MUSC. So we've stayed at several hotels, Quality Inn has been the best. I'd like to take the...

I book this hotel when I visited my son in Charleston. Upon entering the lobby I notice that the front desk clerk was not friendly nor did she welcome me. The room had not been vacuum and trash was under the bed and a frog was in the bathroom. My husband got the frog out. Called the desk but did...

The staff was friendly, but the room was dark and dingy. Bed cover was dirty, we took that off immediately. The bed was very comfortable though. Microwave and coffee maker weren't plugged in...there isn't a close electric outlet! You have to use the bathroom counter to plug in....that was annoying. Other hotel guests used the parking lot as a staging...

I booked this property for the 4th of July beach trip. The only reason we booked was the area was sold out- WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!! The appearance of the property was dingy and nasty- Needs a pressure wash. The room- AWFUL. The bathroom was mold and DISGUSTING> I have photos to show. The best thing I can say is...

The Quality Inn franchise in my opinion always lives up to the name, "Quality." This weekend the hotel is crowded, but that has not stopped the outstanding service, I've come to expect from Quality Inn. The room was cleaned and well stocked with pillows, bath towels and the temperature was pleasant. The continental breakfast bar was good, fresh food and...

I should have got a clue what was coming, when trying to check in they were sorting out giving the same room keys to 2 different couples. The exterior was older looking and dirty and needed some maintenance. The room was decently clean and the king size bed was comfortable. We went into Charleston for the day and came back...
