We stayed at this facility for the last couple of years and it has been OK. This year we booked a room through two different companies. With the first company we were in a room that needed some serious updates to the room. The master...More

We booked this resort for 3 nights and on the final night, 2 people walked into our room while we were there. They had keys to get in. Acted like they could not speak English and said they were housekeeping. When I called the front...More
Stay here many years ago, it was really nice. But, not anymore! Paid 700.00 for the week, just wanted to relax! First night we were on the 17th floor, went out on balcony to enjoy the view and our room was filled with bugs from...More

There is a small bar on the property and several small establishments close by in walking distance. Barefoot Landing is maybe 5 minutes and a Tanger Outlet and a Walmart with several other stores within a mile or 2. I don't know about kids activities around the holidays. Our granddaughter went to a water park very close and also one in South Myrtle that we had free access to, but I don't know if there are any activties at either after summer is long past. Plenty of good shopping and eating within 10-15 minutes, maybe less time in the off season. Hope this helps a bit.

Yes. The condo was waterfront and we couldn't use the balcony as it was blocked off. The hallway rails were loose and dangerous; luckily we didn't have children with us. And, it was noisy and messy. We changed our week twice and were told the construction would be completed when we arrived on May 1st; it wasn't and we were not informed before we made the six hour trip. We left after three days because it was not enjoyable.
