My husband and I were married at The Red Horse Inn and spent three nights in the Springhouse Cottage for our honeymoon. Roger and Mary were endearing. From the moment we stepped into the Inn until we left, they were always available to meet our every need. We chose the elopement package, and I can honestly say every aspect of...

We spent 3 days at Red Horse Inn and did not want to leave!! It was fantastic! We stayed in the Grainary Cottage which was beautifully decorated, very cozy and stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable. Loved being able to eat breakfast in the cottage and on our own time schedule. The grounds are exquisite and the views...

Stressed out, tired, too much going on - that was us. On a whim we decided to go on a weekend trip to The Red Horse Inn for our anniversary two weeks before my sons wedding. Oh what a great idea that turned out to be. You never know - but this was perfect. Relaxing, calm, quiet, inviting, wonderful views....

My wife and I have stayed 3 times at The Red Horse Inn, the last visit two weeks ago. Each time, we came away refreshed and renewed. The hospitality of Ann, Roger, and Bob (the horse) was warm but not intrusive, and the inn and the setting are beautiful, with an amazing view of the Blue Ridge escarpment dominating what...

This B and B stands out among others. It is a unique place and kind of magical. We never saw the rooms in the main part of the inn, but the cottages are amazing. They are superbly decorated, include all the best amenities, including a full kitchen, two lovely decks, ( one off kitchen, one off bedroom) the usual shampoo,...

If you want alone time, this is the place. Breakfast is in your room, when you want it. You can also take dinner in your cottage. Cottages also have their own hot tubs. Hosts friendly. Cottages decorated lovely. A great getaway weekend.

My husband and I were recommended to stay here while on business in South Carolina. We stayed in the Inn itself (not a cottage) and found the room to be immaculate and extremely spacious. It was very quiet and soundproof. The view from our room was spectacular. We were extremely disappointed to find out that our breakfast was prepared for...

Dianne P, It was a pleasure to meet you both over this past week. We are so pleased you found the room spacious, quiet and immaculate. I hope you enjoyed your motorcycle rides in this lovely countryside. We are disappointed you did not like the way we do breakfast. We have tried to be very upfront on our website about...
