We stayed at Palmetto Dunes for just under a week with our two young boys both under the age of 7. The pros at the tennis club did a great job getting them super excited about tennis. From there we would head to the beach in the afternoon which was endless fun for them. We stayed in Turnberry Village which...

We stay at a villa in the Village at Palmetto Dunes. The Palemtto Dunes Tennis Center has many courts, lots of activities, friendly staff and amazing tennis pros. However, we have also gotten interested in Pickleball. They now have 8 Pickleball courts.. It is a super fun game. Mark Anders is the Pickleball Professional who covers morning clinics, daily round...

The Office and Maintenance failed to inform the Guests of on site sewer cleaning which resulted in a loud grinding and a surprising toilet geyser. Toilet liquid everywhere flooding the bathroom. Personal items as well as self covered in this fluid. And the smell....not pleasant. Won't return ever.

My wife and have owned this property for years but have never stayed here. We own a one bedroom studio that sleeps 4. It was the perfect size. It has a full kitchen, an eating area, sofa, bed and television. Bathroom is dated but it does the job. We will be back in the years to come.

This is a wonderful small village within Palmetto Dunes. You can walk to golf, tennis, general store, beach, bike rental shop, swimming pool and restaurants. The convenience of this place is superb. The unit was clean, well stocked and homey. There was a lagoon with resident alligator outside our door. We bike everywhere when we're visiting the island. This is...

Awesome beach and atmosphere! Family vacation was perfect. Such a safe and stress free place and its immaculate grounds make this place one of a kind. The general store is a great place to grab breakfast and get back home and get to the beach. Tennis courts and plenty of golf courses on site. There's really neat restaurants and marinas...

The property was amazing! Just a short walk to the beach by way of a walkway along the lagoon. The property was quiet and clean. The staff was great and the maintenance people were working everyday to make sure it stayed up to par. The place was older but updated to today's standards which was great, roomy and comfortable!

Stayed in 2 bedroom + loft for 1 week, with 2.5 bathrooms. Resort not new & flashy, but the townhomes are in excellent shape, as well as the new deck renovations & furniture. There is a keyed entrance to the pool area & children's playground. The beach is a 7 minute walk. Bike trails cover the island. Beautiful view of...

Our friends had membership in club. We got a great deal for a weeks stay. Hot and hotter this August, but condo cool. Had my own alligator out back in the swampy area outside the condo. Named him Clarence. Condo very clean and walking distance or short drive to beach. Beach nice except one day wind destroyed 2 umbrellas and...

Palmetto Dunes grounds are very nice. Many areas to grill, bike, walk, sit and playground for kids. Short walk to the beach and 3 restaurants, as well as the general store. The pool has activities for kids to do M-F. Golf, tennis, bike rentals all right here. The actual villa was probably a 2 star at best. Furniture has stains...
