Nice place and one meets nice people, great indoor heated pool hot tube and sunna, also outdoor pool. Great location. Easy to get around, and easy beach access up and down the beach. Best to make reservations by phone or online. We really enjoyed our stay here will be back for 3 months next year.

And older building, but with a friendly staff and great neighbors and residents. The indoor pool and hot tub are an added bonus. They have plenty of activities to choose from, and every unit faces the ocean. Having coffee or tea watching the sunrise, priceless.

We were at the Royal Garden Resort on October 1 and then were to be evacuated on Thursday morning, October 6; however, we decided to leave on Wednesday, October 5. It has taken us 6 and a half weeks to get a refund--less than half of what we paid, and this was after many emails, telephone conversations, etc. Very unpleasant...

Condo was well stocked altho not enough plates for 6, my favorite thing regarding the living room was that you could sit on the couch with others and enjoy the view. (so many times a bedroom is positioned in that spot). You could almost touch the bellies of the pelicans as they flew by the balcony of the 14th floor....

Condo was clean, neat and just as advertised. Plenty of room. We had a one bedroom and were surprised to have two full baths. Plenty of amenities: washer/dryer in the condo, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, ample parking. Fall is a great time to visit and the prices are amazing. Would recommend. We'll be back.

We were on the 14th floor great views....balconies are not real private...the room was real nice...maintenance did walk in to do some tickets and said they did not know we had checked in...no big deal...pools were nice...the only thing I will mention is you are allowed to shoot fireworks on the beach in that area....I loved it but it was...

The condo # 212 at Royal Garden Resort turned out to be ideal, clean, comfy and with easy access to the elevators. The condo is privately owned and as such reflects an owner who is obviously very customer oriented. Well maintained and well appointed.

My wife and I have stayed in Condo 506 at the Royal Garden resort, the condo is privately owned and is everything that one could ask for when away from home, clean, well maintained and well furnished. The owner,Linda is very easy to deal with and very accommodating ... we highly recommend this condo .

This was probably the dirtiest, most disgusting place of all my travels. The first impression is set on the elevator that smells like there has been a fresh accident on a daily basis. The smell ranges from vomit to urine. The condo itself – 501 – was dirty. The carpets are filled with dubious stains, the walls are marked and...

My family and I came to Garden City and decided to stay at Royal Gardens Resort. We stayed in condo 905 and it's the nicest/cleanest condo we have stayed in. It's privately owned by Linda - who is professional and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend her and this condo to anyone looking to stay at Royal...
