Stayed in king room. Very nice. Staff and accommodations were pleasant. Continental breakfast could have been better, maybe some fruit and baked goods. Would return to this inn. Folly beach area was interesting.

Our first time in Folly Beach. Warren and Stephanie welcomed us when arriving and were so nice and giving us great information about the property and area in general. We stayed in the King Tower Suite which was awesome. The outside rain shower, jet tub, and all the extras along with how clean everything was made for a relaxing, memorable...

We have been coming to Folly for many years with family, and decided to have a little "couples time away" for a few days on this trip. So delighted to have been pointed in the direction of Beachside Boutique Inn. The whole property is so comfortable, clean and cute...loved the whole vibe of the place. We stayed in the Kings...

What a great place! Sheri, Stephanie and Wendell are awesome....like cousins you don't get to see often enough. They make sure you are comfortable and have all you need. Location can't be beat. Great restaurants all along the strip, and the pier is an excellent place to people watch and to revel in being on the shore. Highly recommended!

My husband and I loved the King's Tower Suite at Beachside Boutique Inn. The room was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and beautifully designed. The common areas are wonderful too; I loved being able to get up in the morning and grab a bagel and a greek yogurt. We checked in with Steph and she gave us great advice about...

Avoid the chain hotels (or alternative ones too) and stay in one of the nicest boutique places you'll ever find on the beach. The staff at the Beachside are phenomenal, like stopping by to see a long lost relative, they go out of their way to make you feel at home, and pampered. The cottage where we stayed was unique;...

We were excited for our first visit to Charleston and decided to take the opportunity to take two trips in one by staying in Folly Beach, an absolutely charming small beach town just ten miles from the city. Folly Beach is so great--the beach the way it used to be, with lots of small mom and pop stores and independent,...

My husband and I needed a retreat this year and discovered the Beachside Boutique Inn. It was a perfect place to unwind, a short walk to the beach, restaurants, a sweet covered porch to read and relax. They provided a light breakfast, bicycles and wonderful service. We highly recommend this little gem in Folly Beach, SC.

On very short notice, hubby and I decided to "get away" to celebrate our 11th anniversary. I did some searching and found this adorable inn/bed and breakfast on Folly Beach. Shari, the property manager, was a little angel.... she brought us a bottle of Italian sparkling wine to celebrate our special day. The tree House room is quite charming. It...

My three-year-old daughter and I had a wonderful stay in the "Little Annie" suite, which had a beautiful patio/balcony area, a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, and adorable touches like antique furniture and a breakfast nook. The bed was so comfortable, and the common area was right outside our room, so we were able to get snacks in the morning...
