In town for a college tour and needed a clean room, hot shower, and comfortable bed; this hotel certainly provided all three. We checked in on Sunday, March 12, 2107 and Patrick was able to provide us with directions to local restaurants; in addition, he put us on a quieter hall due to me being very tired (this college touring...

The whole hotel is being renovated and probably won't be done for another couple months. Positives: - New rooms. The rooms were great. Clean and new. Very well done. - Location is a great location in town, near campus. - Price, very affordable. Classic Best Western hotel. Negatives: - Breakfast: The breakfast area is in the atrium in a huge...

We only stayed for one night. Clean, comfortable and everything looked brand new. You can tell it was all just remodeled. For those of us old timers that have visited Clemson for years, this is the old Ramada Inn. It's very nice now!! Where the pool used to be, it's now a big open area. This is where they served...

We stayed at the hotel this past weekend to celebrate the championship game. The rooms have been completely renovated and are very nice. We stayed on the 2nd floor in one of the rooms that overlook the conference room. There is not a window to the outside so you may want to request that if you prefer that. They are...

Although this hotel was under construction, my room was fabulous & the service of their employees was outstanding. They are to be commended for their professionalism & cleanliness. The General Manager, Jerran Lewis went out of his way to accommodate me during the hurricane evacuation.

As we expected to entertain in our room, online we booked a suite. On arrival we were given a room listed as a suite but without a separate living room. We asked the front desk for a real suite, the desk clerk told us there were none. As the so-called suite didn't meet our needs, we suggested they move us...

We stayed during Hurricane Matthew. Constant hammering, coffee and rolls were the only breakfast food. Sometimes they had cream! I asked for Kleenex three days in a row. "Don't have any". There was a lot of coverup of an old hotel. No pool. I would not stay here again. Staff said your receipt is on your email, no paper receipt....
