The staff was so friendly and helpful. They gave us several recommendations for breakfast and dinner that were outstanding and right on the mark. The nightly wine and cheese was a nice bonus. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were updated.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. Our room was on the third floor as we had requested and it was cozy, very clean and quiet. The bathroom was adequate; the shower was great. The staff couldn't have been nicer...very accommodating and efficient (especially Ignacious). Breakfast was quite good. The location is excellently for walking to shops,City Market and really... We met family from Georgia here for the Thanksgiving holiday. We parked our car at the hotel and walked everywhere. This amazing hotel is centrally located to everything downtown. It's very clean, the service is very friendly and helpful, the morning breakfasts were delicious and the courtyard area is so relaxing to sit and visit with family and friends. We... More

Great place to stay downtown Charleston. You can cover all the attractions on foot. Great Location. Very nice open terrace on ground floor. Room was little overcrowded with extra furniture. Furniture needs some touch up for good look. Good toiletries were provided. Simple breakfast.

We spent six nights at the Inn and our room was comfortable, very clean, and well appointed. The maid service was excellent. Their breakfast was ample as they had bagels, pastry, orange juice, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, cereals, and a hot selection which changed each day. In the afternoon starting at 5:00 PM they supplied free wine, cheese, crackers, and... More

My beau and I stayed @ the Indigo for one night the first week in November. This is by far the most charming hotel I have stayed at in the states. Very European feel, very accommodating, helpful, and friendly staff. The room and courtyard were beautiful, well maintained, and very well appointed. The evening wine and cheese and the breakfast... The location is great, the area that surrounds the facilities are kept clean, you are literally walking distance to all of the spots you want to visit, the 5 pm happy hour at the hotel is wonderful, the rooms are pristine, the only reason why this did not get 5 stars is the breakfast..it's 2016..more and more people are health... We chose the Indigo Inn for its location and Pet Friendly features. Check in was quick and the front desk very polite and friendly. Our room was located right by the back entrance which was convenient for getting our pups out quick, but it was a bit louder than we would have liked. The room was gorgeous. There was only... More
