Fun little hotel! Stayed solo in a king room with plenty of space to spread out. Appreciated the steamer, full length mirror and the T3 hairdryer as amenities in the room - couldn't believe such a nice hairdryer for a hotel (hey, its important to us ladies). The restaurant, Little Palm, was perfect for a quick drink prior to going out and exploring all that Charleston has to offer. Can't wait to go back when its warmer as there is an adorable pool right next to the restaurant.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the perfect location of downtown Charleston. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, historic sites and all that downtown has to offer. The bed was so comfortable, and the staff so friendly and accommodating. They also have a pool and fantastic restaurant/bar, Little Palm! Will defintiely be back soon!

My boyfriend and I are staying here for a long weekend. The staff is amazing - so friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the mornings in the sitting area on the second floor. Great atmosphere in the bar - Rachel the bartender is amazing! We are a close walk to everything (king street is one block away) and even for non walkers. A quick Uber ride or bike taxi to all bars and shops. The room is clean and comfy and even has a yoga mat in the room! The hotel offers a water carafe and free filtered water to drink which is huge to me as I chug water and hate buying cases of water on my trips. I would highly recommend anyone stay here and would come back in a heartbeat!

I absolutely love this hotel! What a find! My king bed was so comfortable and the room was incredibly clean. I really like the decor - really felt like I am on vacation! Little Palm was also a fantastic experience - the cocktails were super creative and crafty! I was most impressed with the staff at this hotel. They are so friendly and helpful. Optimally located very cute boutique hotel. Staff is welcoming and the pool deck and bar are an added bonus. The hotel has a MCM meets coastal beach vibe. The AC is loud (bring earplugs if noise sensitive) and you will need to climb stairs from the lobby to reach the elevator. Great hotel for the price and location.
