We stayed for four nights over President's Day weekend. We truly had an amazing time. Charleston is a wonderful city and 15 Church is within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. What we loved most however was the social hour around 5-6pm every night. Jack and Annelisse are amazing hosts and while they were away for a couple...

Jack and Annalise are wonderful hosts. The social hour in the evening is a wonderful way to meet the other guests, get information about the city and restaurants and places to see. Location is great, within walking distance of most everything. Loved having a fireplace in my room. Made it cozy and warm. Entire street is a vision.

Jack and Annelise, owners of this Bed and Breakfast, are charming and entertaining. We noticed they spent quite a bit of time talking and chatting with guests during breakfast and happy hour. At 6:00 p.m., which is happy hour, you can engage in lively conversation by sitting in a enchanting living room. You can request draft beer or wine. There...

The owners are friendly, gracious and kind. Church street is our favorite street in all of Charleston and it was an incredible opportunity to stay in this historic property with the owners. I will remember this visit for years to come. Merci Beaucoup!

This was our third visit to 15 Church St and it felt just like visiting family. The welcome was warm, bed very comfortable and food superb. Never having experienced Thanksgiving before we were not quite sure what to expect, but from beginning to end the entire stay was overwhelming. Jack and Annelise are certainly consummate hosts and a simple review...

This was our first trip to Charleston and we could not have picked a better place to stay. We were here four nights and felt part of the family at the very start. Jack and Annelisa are outstanding hosts. The house has been in the family for generations and they are very proud of it and rightly should be. The...

Jack and Anilese Simmons are wonderful inn keepers and we enjoyed our stay at their lovely B&B more than we can say. Jack helped us carry our luggage up to our beautiful 3rd floor room. We had a queen bed, a day bed, a fireplace and a modern, well- appointed bathroom. Prior to the evening cocktail hour, Annilese gave us...

We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights at the lovely and historic home of Jack and Annelise. They immediately make you feel at home and share their knowledge of their homes history and that of Charleston. We loved the delicious breakfasts and the evening social hour with wine, beer and snacks and lively conversation about days travels and other...

From the moment we arrived we were treated as family, not paying guests. Jack saw to our getting reservations at very good restaurants and Annaleise filled us in on some of the history of Charleston. Each evening we had a social hour (wine cheese, beer and company) and on two occasions we were driven to the restaurant so that we wouldn't...

Annelise, Jack and their staff make this B&B one that we will return to whenever we go to Charleston. Great location with everything in walking distance along with free parking, breakfast and cocktail hour. Each evening at 6:00 Jack and Annelise pour wine and serve cheese as they engage their guests with the day's review of Charleston activities. We truly...
