This is the second time I have stayed at The Church Street Inn and the location can not be beat! You are right in the heart of the French district and within walking distance of just about everything you would want. The layout of the rooms is very nice with a full bath and a 1/2 bath, a kitchen, a...

Understaffed and Check in staff didn't want to be bothered and didn't really care. Was perturbed when we asked questions. Cleaning staff didn't bother to make up the fold away bed and left room messy, sheets and all. Charged for Valet parking but would only get your car from 8am to 8pm and after those hours, you have to find...

Location, location, location -- the mantra of real estate is 95% of what the Church Street Inn has going for it ... but with just a very l-i-t-t-l-e bit more attention to detail, it could be so-o much more. The Inn is refurbishing its rooms & my newly refurbished room is impressive at first glance, but all that glitters isn't...

The hotel was in a perfect location. But please note that this is not your typical hotel. It really is a time share property that sells a few of it's rooms as hotel rooms based on availability. This was totally fine for us, but if you are looking for the full pampered room-servicy feel of a luxury hotel, this would...

We recently stayed at the Church Street Inn. We were lucky enough to be placed in one of their updated rooms. It was beautiful! Having a full kitchen with a living room, dining nook and 1/2 bath on the first floor along with a King size bed and bath on the second floor was lovely. We have already recommended Church...

We stayed during Easter week. It is right in the middle of things. We did not need to move our car. With a full kitchen, we were able to eat 2 meals in everyday and bring our leftovers back to the room. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The housekeepers even gave me hugs when I left wishing me...

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff and management were top notch. The location was to die for (next to market, near Battery, restaurants and museums; didn't need car my entire stay) and the room clean and comfortable. There was a full kitchen, but wasn't necessary for us to use as we walked less than 2 blocks to any restaurant we wanted...

This is a great place to stay right in the heart of Charleston with the added convenience of a kitchen, two bathrooms and sleeping for 4. The staff was really friendly and we enjoyed the concierge service.

Very pleased with this property. Location is the stand-out bonus. Walk out the door, and the market is 50 feet away. Some of our favorites, Dixie's Bakery Supply (best breakfast) and SNOB (Slightly North of Broad - excellent Shrimp and Grits) just a short walk. The beautiful homes of Charleston and the amazing architecture abound. The property itself is not...

We were really impressed at the beauty and quality of this place. But, were disappointed that the check-in day for a week stay is Sunday.... Puts a cramp in our vacation planning. We ended up reserving for three days and four days separately then having to check out to check in again to a different room. Just a pain in...
