With this very convenient location along with a very helpful staff it made my stay perfect. Close to many site and restaurant on King Street and clear direction from the staff for site not right next door. The rooms are similar to most Hampton, however the setting is very different with a lovely courtyard with lovely trees surrounding the pool...

I will start by saying the front desk crew was by far the best thing this hotel has going. They were great! Now let me review the rest of my stay. I walked in to a hot room. Trying to adjust the thermostat and waiting for it to turn on I assumed my thermostat must be broken. I asked to...

Thank you so much for the opportunity to be of service to you. Not only on the stay with us, but with addressing this concern with you as well. I recieived notice from our corporate office as well regarding this issue and will dispatch my maintenance engineer immediately to the room you stayed in to figure out what is wrong...

The rooms are spacious, clean, and beds very comfortable. Complementary breakfast is good. We have been return customers and find the same staff professional and very helpful for all our needs!!! There are several bellhops at this Hotel that have been there for years and they are fantastic. They are cordial, helpful, and are a wealth of information.

Just everyday maintenance items overlooked and the hotel appeared "tired". Not up to Hampton standards. Now I will try to extend this review to the required number of characters - tub slow drain, vanity sink stuck in closed position, night light inoperable, one vanity light out, toilet paper dispenser broken. All staff was very nice.

Thank you for the kind words about the staff here, but if we are not providing a product that mirrors their greatness, we need to improve. Please reach out to me at the hotel so I can address the concerns you have with the hotel. We are in the middle of updating a number of things and commit to providing...

This is the best hotel to stay in if you are visiting Charleston. The Visitor Center is across the street. The free bus service is at the visitor center. The bus has regular stops but will drop you off anywhere along the route at restaurants and city sites. The breakfast is great, the rooms are large and spotless. The internet...

The glowing reviews for this property are definitely fake. I should have paid attention the the poor reviews but instead booked on the basis of the positive ones. This property is not only very tired - it is also dirty. Truly the worst Hampton I've stayed at in the last several years. I read the reviews about great customer service...

I would love to be able to find out what room you were in and where we went wrong with the service during your visit. We love all of our guests and Diamond Members are so very critical to...

What a wonderful welcome! Our start included details about dining, getting around town and when to expect warm cookies! The location is right in the center of the Historic District with quick access to the free trolley to get to other areas of town. Lots of great restaurants near by. The lobby is spacious, rooms are a good size. Two...

The location was perfect, the customer service was second to none, the bed was comfortable with multiple pillows. The bathroom had all the amenities. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was the most helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for two nights, 11/27-28/16, and found it to be most acceptable. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, although it did lack a small frig. The complimentary breakfast was good considering it was buffet style offering varied choices. The Inn is conveniently located in the historic area across the street from the Visitor Center,...

I came to Charleston with my wife for a weekend get away. I booked late so almost everything else I looked at was full. I am a Hilton junkie so I took a chance on this hotel. It paid off. The location is great. It is a 15 min walk to the top of Market St and a 2 min...
