After a nightmare day of travel we initially were told that because we missed our stay, due to a flight being canceled, that we were not going to receive a refund. After speaking with Anna, everything was cleared up and we were issued the refund. She handled everything very

A wonderful hotel in Mt. Pleasant. The room was extremely 'roomy' and offers a kitchenette if you're going to be there for an extended stay. The staff, especially 'Mama' who cooks up the delightful breakfast every morning, is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel

Dear tonyvideo2u, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback about your recent stay. We believe you may be referring to our friends across the bridge, not our property! However, we are definitely thrilled to hear you enjoyed your recent Hilton experience. We will be sure to let the property in Mount Pleasant know. Thank you. - Anna Cutler | Front Office Manager

Excellent hotel. The room was spacious; the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They have events every evening in the lobby. Only problem was that the hotel was a little off the main tourist area. There was a main street nearby with

Our over all stay was nice. Two complaints is parking was very expensive $32.00 a day and the beds are very hard. Everything else was nice. Not sure I would stay again due to the lack of sleep quality.

Do the draperies close so no light from the outside comes in at night?
Yes 100%. Never hurts to throw a few small binder clips in your bag.

How is the free bus service from here? Did anyone else feel unsafe?
We didn't use but saw many who did. I believe it runs pretty frequently. We used uber when not on foot. I can't speak for others but we didn't see many tourists walking in that district at night, so likely they took transportation. We mindfully walked up until 8-9 pm range and this was early in the season. Perhaps in the busier season there are more people around.

Parking is valet. Elevators to rooms are large. Rooms are large and nice.

How close is the nearest trolley stop?
There is one directly across the street on the corner of Meeting and Wolfe Street and the main hub is within walking distance 2 blocks away at the Charleston Visitors Center.
